【摘要】：在全球化和信息化时代,政党的活动方式,尤其是联系群众的方法和途径必须随着时代的发展与时俱进,才能适应新形势、新任务的需要。近年来,一些国外政党面对不断变化的社会和政治生态,积极建立健全党自身联系群众的组织机构体系,发展党的外围组织,完善党群联系制度;关注民情民意,注重改善民生,维护社会公正,树立亲民为民的政党形象;充分利用新技术,开展形式多样的活动,提高工作针对性实效性,从而加深了民众对党的了解,增强了政党对民众的吸引力和影响力。
