公民德性、参与行动与城邦正义—亚里士多德参与式公民身份思想的逻辑与理论检视

【摘要】：自然政治观和有机体城邦观是亚里士多德论述参与式公民身份思想的逻辑前提。公民德性与城邦德性构成了亚里士多德参与式公民身份思想的政治伦理维度。公民德性是参与式公民身份思想的政治伦理维度的低级层次。城邦德性是参与式公民身份思想的政治伦理维度的高级层次。参与行动与城邦正义构成了亚里士多德参与式公民身份思想的政治实践维度。首先，良善生活、良法之治、公民美德是公民参与行动的三个向度。其次，基于公民德性的参与行动是维护城邦和谐稳定的基石。从理论层面检视了亚里士多德参与式公民身份思想所包含的诸多思想元素的现实意义，分别探讨了公共精神与政治参与、法治信仰与良法之治、公民德性与公民教育，，论述了亚里士多德关于这些问题思考的理论局限及其启示性。
[Abstract]:The view of natural politics and organic city-state is the logical premise of Aristotle's thought of participatory citizenship. Civic virtue and city-state virtue constitute the political ethical dimension of Aristotle's participatory citizenship thought. Civic virtue is the lower level of the political and ethical dimension of participatory citizenship thought. City-state virtue is the high level of political and ethical dimension of participatory citizenship thought. Participatory action and city-state justice constitute the political practical dimension of Aristotle's participatory citizenship thought. First of all, good life, good law governance, civic virtue is the three dimensions of citizen participation. Secondly, citizen-based participation is the cornerstone of maintaining city-state harmony and stability. This paper examines the practical significance of Aristotle's idea of participatory citizenship from a theoretical point of view, discusses the public spirit and political participation, the belief in the rule of law and the rule of good law, the moral character of citizens and civic education, respectively. This paper discusses Aristotle's theoretical limitations on these problems and their enlightenments.
