欧洲一体化与分离主义:基于两种民族结构双向互动的分析

【摘要】：冷战后欧洲一体化进程的加快,却未能平息欧洲仍然活跃的某些分离主义活动,苏格兰独立公投就是一大例证。本文探讨欧洲一体化与欧洲分离主义的关系,认为其是后民族结构与传统民族结构的双向互动,具体表现为:欧洲一体化最终倾向于替代分离主义和其所代表的传统民族结构,但欧洲一体化的深化却又在很大程度上强化了民族分离主义意识;而分离主义反对欧洲一体化的后民族结构,却十分倚赖其成果,甚至要求参与到欧洲一体化中。二者悖论关系的根源是传统民族认同未完全瓦解、新式的后民族认同亦未完全确立而导致的"认同真空"。本文借鉴了哈贝马斯的后民族结构理论,对上述问题进行了尝试性思考。
[Abstract]:The acceleration of European integration after the cold war has failed to quell some separatist activities that are still active in Europe, as exemplified by Scotland's referendum on independence. This paper discusses the relationship between European integration and European separatism, and considers that it is a two-way interaction between post-national structure and traditional national structure. The concrete manifestation of European integration is that the European integration ultimately tends to replace separatism and the traditional national structure it represents. However, the deepening of European integration strengthens the consciousness of national separatism to a great extent, and the post-national structure of separatism against European integration relies heavily on its achievements and even requires participation in European integration. The root of the paradoxical relationship between the two is the vacuum of identity caused by the incomplete disintegration of the traditional national identity and the incomplete establishment of the new post-national identity. This paper draws lessons from Habermas' post-national structure theory and tries to think about the above problems.
