[Abstract]:This is the author of the 2009 Nobel Economics Prize winner, Arthur Bentley, Professor Eleanor Ostrom (Elinor Ostrom), the Department of political science at the University of Indiana, USA (Elinor Ostrom), the author of the creation of the Journal of global environmental change, which was originally entitled "the multi center system for dealing with collective action and global environmental change."
