如何走出民族划分的困境

【摘要】：当今世界民族冲突已严重危及国家安全和世界和平,原因是多方面的,其中,由于民族划分的缺陷导致的民族政策失误则是最重要原因之一。通过对以往民族划分进行综合性研究,分析各种民族划分的利弊,强调历史上从来就没有发现过民族与国家的一一"对号入座",而都是多多少少夹杂着其他民族的参与。反对"一族一国"的民族与国家关系理论,主张把民族划分为国族与族群两大层次。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the national conflict in the world has seriously endangered national security and world peace for many reasons, among which, one of the most important reasons is the error of national policy caused by the defect of national division. Through the comprehensive research on the ethnic division in the past, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the various ethnic divisions, and emphasizes that in history, it has never been found that the ethnic groups and the state have one by one, but are more or less mixed with the participation of other nationalities. It opposes the theory of "one nation, one country" and advocates that the nation be divided into two levels: one nation and one nation.
