【摘要】：正2016年是"十三五"开局之年,国内经济社会发展正处于全面深化改革、产业转型升级、供给侧结构性改革的重要关口;周边、区域和全球战略形势复杂多变,韩国部署"萨德"、菲律宾"南海仲裁案"、英国脱欧、欧洲难民潮、美国大选、意大利及其他欧洲国家的政治变局等一系列重大事件接踵而至;互联网信息技术飞速发展,人工智能、虚拟现实等新的技术形态逐渐成熟。国内外多元观念、多种思潮交错激荡,本文梳理近年来思潮演变的趋势。
[Abstract]:The year 2016 is the opening year of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and the domestic economic and social development is at an important juncture of comprehensive deepening reform, industrial transformation and upgrading, and supply-side structural reform. The surrounding, regional and global strategic situation is complex and changeable. A series of major events such as the deployment of the "THAAD" in South Korea, the arbitration case in the South China Sea of the Philippines, the Brexit from the European Union, the influx of refugees in Europe, the US election, the political changes in Italy and other European countries followed by a series of major incidents; the rapid development of Internet information technology, Artificial intelligence, virtual reality and other new technological forms are gradually mature. This paper combs the trend of thought evolution in recent years.
