【摘要】：本文以“述学”、“明变”、“求因”为写作运思之基本路径,旨在从西汉初期的社会、政治、经济、文化之维度予以审视董仲舒的政治伦理思想,通过对《春秋繁露》、《士不遇赋》等相关作品的深度研究,力图对董仲舒的政治伦理思想及其运行机制从动态的角度做一次较为系统的剖析。同时,尝试运用“技术化处理”的方法,即图示化、逻辑化、表格化等,力求对董仲舒的政治伦理思想作出较为客观的评价。本文逻辑结构与理路之展开,主要有绪论、分论与总论三个主要部分。绪论主要简述了自汉到今,后世学人对董仲舒思想研究的基本情况。分论主要论述了董仲舒政治伦理思想产生的历史背景与思想渊源、基本建构与运行机制、理论特征与历史影响。总论简要概述了董仲舒的政治伦理思想的基本特性与起伏跌宕的人生悲剧之成因。先秦儒家的政治伦理思想经过董仲舒的丰富与拓展,基本适应了西汉维护君主集权专制与实现大一统的政治需要,而且更加直接地完成了儒学与现实政治的结合,成为引导及影响君主集权专制社会意识形态中的有机组成部分。董仲舒及其政治伦理思想,在中国古代思想史上占有重要的地位。董仲舒政治伦理思想的特色在于融汇诸子、弥纶众言,其理论既呈现出对传统儒家精神的继承和超越,又呈现出体系化与包容化的基本特征。概之,做为传统儒家道统中的重要一环,董仲舒的政治伦理思想不仅承继了前人之哲思而且对后世学人也多有启发。尤其是他极力宣扬的“大一统”、“三纲五常”、“天人感应”、“天谴论”等思想,不仅为西汉与此后历代王朝的政治伦理规范建设提供了理论依据和基本范式,而且在中国伦理思想史上也产生了深远的影响。
[Abstract]:This article aims to examine Dong Zhongshu's political and ethical thoughts from the social, political, economic and cultural dimensions of the early Western Han Dynasty, with the aim of "learning", "changing" and "seeking the cause". Through the deep study of the related works, such as "Chun Qiu Lu Lu >", "Shi Wu Fu >" and other related works, it tries to carry out Dong Zhongshu's political ethics and its transportation. In the meantime, it tries to make a more objective evaluation of Dong Zhongshu's political and ethical ideas by using the method of "technicalization", that is graphic, logical and tabular.
This article has three main parts: the introduction, the introduction and the general theory. The introduction mainly describes the basic situation of the study of Dong Zhongshu's thought from Han to the present. It mainly discusses the historical background and thought origin of Dong Zhongshu's political ethics, the basic construction and operation mechanism, and the theoretical characteristics. General introduction briefly summarizes the basic characteristics of Dong Zhongshu's political ethics and the causes of ups and downs of life tragedies.
After Dong Zhongshu's Enrichment and expansion, the political and ethical thoughts of the pre Qin Confucianism basically adapted to the political needs of the Western Han Dynasty maintaining the monarchy and the realization of the unification of the monarchy, and more directly completed the combination of Confucianism and reality politics, and became an organic part of the ideology of guiding and affecting the monarchical totalitarian society. And his political ethics thought occupies an important position in the history of ancient Chinese thought. The characteristics of Dong Zhongshu's political and ethical ideas lie in the integration of all the sons and daughters. The theory not only presents the inheritance and Transcendence of the traditional Confucian spirit, but also presents the basic characteristics of the system and the containment.
As an important part of the traditional Confucian orthodoxy, Dong Zhongshu's political and ethical ideas not only inherit the philosophic thoughts of the predecessors but also enlighten the scholars of later generations, especially the ideas of "unity", "three outlines and five norms", "the induction of heaven and man", "the theory of the scourge" and so on, not only for the politics of the Western Han Dynasty and the subsequent dynasties of the later dynasties. The construction of ethical norms provides a theoretical basis and basic paradigm, and has a profound impact on the history of Chinese ethical thought.
