桓范《世要论》与“韩学”研究

【摘要】:桓范《世要论》之法家特质,主要体现为"为君难"之君道观、"臣不易"之臣道观以及围绕刑德关系问题呈现的基本治国之道。桓范认为,"君道"的本质在于施惠于万民,君主治国最大的难题在于如何拉近理想与现实的距离;主张理想之"臣道"应该忠顺体国,以道事君,现实政治领域"臣不易"体现在人臣坚守清白时往往遭遇谗毁与迫害;桓范主张刑德并重,强调慎刑的同时也主张必罚,主张军事实力源自良好内政。桓范虽名列"法家",但并非先秦时期纯粹意义上的"法家",其思想中蕴含了不少儒家的政治理念。桓范及汉末思想家的思想都不同程度地体现了"韩学"特质,这既是汉末以来乱世格局的思想回应,亦为魏晋政治实践之理论先声,对魏晋南北朝时期的政治实践均产生了一定思想影响。
[Abstract]:Huanfan's Legalist characteristics are mainly embodied in the monarch's Taoist view of "difficult for the monarch", the "minister's difficult" outlook on the subject and the basic way of governing the country around the question of the relationship between punishment and morality. Huanfan believes that the essence of "monarch's way" is to give favor to all people, and the biggest difficulty of monarchical governance lies in how to narrow the distance between ideal and reality. In the field of realistic politics, "officials are not easy" because they often encounter slander and persecution when they stick to their innocence; Huanfan advocates that both punishment and morality should be paid equal attention to, and that punishment must be punished at the same time, and that military strength originates from good internal affairs. Huanfan was named "Legalist", but he was not a pure legalist in the pre-Qin period. His thought contained many Confucian political ideas. The thoughts of Huanfan and the thinkers of the end of the Han Dynasty have reflected the characteristics of "Korean learning" to some extent, which is not only the ideological response to the pattern of turbulent times since the end of the Han Dynasty, but also the theoretical forerunner of the political practice of the Wei and Jin dynasties. The political practice of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern dynasties had a certain ideological influence.
