制度的社会认知与社会供求分析

【摘要】：正制度具有全局性、根本性、长期性的作用。随着经济体制改革的深入推进和社会利益格局的深刻调整,各类深层次矛盾和问题浮出水面,发展社会事业、促进社会公正、应对社会危机、维护社会稳定成为社会管理亟须解决的现实课题。必须强化社会管理制度建设,构建完善的社会管理制度体系,保障发展型制度、规范型制度、控制型制度的有效供给,这是现代社会管理的内在要求。对现代社会管理进行制度分析,能够为促进社会管理制度合理变迁提供科学依据。
[Abstract]:Positive system has overall, fundamental and long-term function. With the deepening of the reform of the economic system and the profound adjustment of the pattern of social interests, various kinds of deep-seated contradictions and problems have emerged to develop social undertakings, promote social justice, and deal with social crises. The maintenance of social stability has become an urgent problem for social management. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of social management system, to construct a perfect social management system, to guarantee the effective supply of developmental system, canonical system and control-oriented system, which is the inherent requirement of modern social management. The institutional analysis of modern social management can provide scientific basis for the rational change of social management system.
