论淮南子政治哲学的施政原则

【摘要】：在《淮南子》政治哲学中,"因"不仅是一个重要的理论范畴,同时也是一个基本的施政原则。作为基本的施政原则,"因"的具体展开表现在四个方面:因自然规律而顺之;因民性而治之;因人才而用之;因时、因地而制之。法家政治思想过分强调最高统治者的绝对权威性,在处理君民关系等诸多问题上力图保持君主的绝对支配地位,这样的施政原则在政治实践上往往会肆意妄为。从秦的暴亡中汲取经验教训,《淮南子》以"因"作为基本的施政原则,这体现了汉代统治者无为而治的施政方略。
[Abstract]:In Huainan Zi's political philosophy, cause is not only an important theoretical category, but also a basic administrative principle. As a basic principle of administration, the concrete development of "cause" is manifested in four aspects: obeying the law of nature; treating it according to the nature of the people; using it because of talent; making it because of time and place. The political thought of the Legalists overemphasizes the absolute authority of the supreme ruler and tries to maintain the absolute dominant position of the monarch in dealing with many other issues such as the relationship between the monarch and the people. Such a principle of administration is often unscrupulous in political practice. From the experience and lessons learned from the sudden fall of Qin Dynasty, Huainan Zi regards "cause" as the basic administrative principle, which reflects the policy strategy of the rulers of the Han Dynasty.
