平等观中的不平等透析

【摘要】： 平等究竟包含怎样的内涵,以及应该以何途径实现其本质,引发了数百年来理论各派的纷争。古代平等观热衷对平均主义的思考和向往,近代思想家为平等提出的“天赋人权”,现代资本主义社会,传统功利主义的实效以及现代平等观着重于现实制度的建构,我们在每个历史阶段都不曾终止过对平等的探究,然而,无论是哪一思想体系,都无法论述出令所有人信服的“平等”,这不仅和平等价值的可变有关,也与思想家的论证无法求全有关。在论证过程中,我们看到但又往往忽视一个在某些价值层面十分稳定的概念,不平等。在追求平等的千万条道路上,人们更愿意将不平等作为铺垫和牺牲的手段,实现其对平等该信仰的朝拜。本论文旨在一方面通过近现代最具代表性的平等观导读,试图再发现不平等究竟该如何成就平等,确定不平等对于权利、社会制度等问题是否有新的构建,另一方面,不平等和平等息息相关,朝向最终是平等,然而这种方式不应该等同于纯粹的平等论证,它具有现实内涵,还在分配意义上为论证平等跨越了重要一步。以此,我们对不平等对平等具有哪些方面的价值贡献作出梳理,论证不平等实则是平等不可或缺的现实表达和必经之路。
[Abstract]:What kind of connotation and ways should be used to realize the essence of equality has led to hundreds of years of theoretical disputes. The ancient concept of equality is keen to think and yearn for egalitarianism, the modern thinkers put forward "natural human rights" for equality, the modern capitalist society, the actual effect of traditional utilitarianism and the modern view of equality focus on the construction of realistic system. At every stage of history we have never stopped the inquiry into equality, but no system of thought has been able to speak of "equality" that is convincing to all, not only because of the variable value of equality, It also has something to do with the thinker's argument. In the process of argumentation, we see, but often ignore, a concept that is very stable in some value levels, inequality. In the pursuit of equality, people are more willing to use inequality as a means of paving and sacrificing to realize their worship of equality. On the one hand, through the most representative view of equality in modern times, this thesis tries to find out how inequality should achieve equality, determine whether inequality has a new structure for rights and social systems, etc. On the other hand, Inequality and equality are closely related, towards the final equality, but this way should not be equated with pure equality argument, it has practical connotation, but also in the sense of distribution for the demonstration of equality across an important step. In this way, we comb the value contribution of inequality to equality, and prove that inequality is the indispensable expression and only way of equality.
