公共领域与中国政治权威合法性基础的建设——马克思主义社会公共性思想的现实意义探析

【摘要】："公共领域"虽然是西方学者分析西方社会结构的理论话语,但它的现实指涉在当今中国也已经是一种现实性的社会存在。因此,它在当今中国也应该具有"跨文化"的普适性。从当今中国的政治建设来看,社会公共领域通过提供政治参与主体的合法性和法规政策制定过程程序的合法性,壮大了中国政治权威的合法性基础,从而促进了中国政治建设的发展。
[Abstract]:Although "public sphere" is a theoretical discourse for western scholars to analyze the structure of western society, its reality refers to a realistic social existence in China today. Therefore, it should also have a "cross-cultural" universality in today's China. From the point of view of the current political construction in China, the social public sphere has strengthened the legitimacy foundation of China's political authority by providing the legitimacy of the main body of political participation and the legitimacy of the process of making laws and regulations. Thus promoting the development of China's political construction.
