当代新帝国主义本质剖析

【摘要】：二十世纪七十年代,当代资本主义进入了一个全新的时期,即国际垄断资本主义。但究其实质而言,资本实现增殖的本质依然没有发生变化。因此可以说新帝国主义是对古典帝国主义的回归。论文旨在探索新帝国主义产生的原因、基本特征以及新帝国主义的意识形态实践,进而尝试总结新帝国主义的本质及其归宿。共有五部分,分别如下：第一部分为导论。主要是阐述选题的依据及意义,紧接着从国内外两个方面来分析新帝国主义的研究现状,最后介绍论文的创新点及研究方法；第二部分为新帝国主义产生的原因。试图从四个方面论述新帝国主义的产生,即国际垄断资本主义的需要、二战后美国所拥有的巨大国力、美国传统地位受到挑战及恐怖主义的袭击。这四个因素环环相扣,互相支撑,共同促成了新帝国主义的产生；第三部分为新帝国主义的基本特征。本部分是论文的核心,也是创新之处。在对比列宁《帝国主义是资本主义的最高阶段》一书中对帝国主义特征分析的基础上,全面总结新帝国主义的“新特征”,即经济掠夺、政治干预、文化渗透和军事威胁与侵略；第四部分为新帝国主义的意识形态实践。新帝国主义在实际运作中是不会主动表明其身份,总是以各种各样冠冕堂皇的口号来掩藏其真实目的,主要实践手段有：意识形态终结论、鼓吹普世价值论、人权高于主权；第五部分为新帝国主义的本质剖析。新帝国主义本质上就是新霸权主义、新强权政治、是一切战争和不平等的新根源、最终会走向崩溃的新泥潭；第六部分为结语。金融危机的再次爆发,只能证明新帝国主义理论的失败,新帝国主义理论根本就不可能拯救腐朽的资本主义制度,只有社会主义才是人类唯一的出路。
[Abstract]:In the 1970 s, contemporary capitalism entered a new period, namely international monopoly capitalism. But in essence, the essence of capital multiplication has not changed. Therefore, it can be said that neo-imperialism is a return to classical imperialism. The purpose of this paper is to explore the causes, basic characteristics and ideological practice of neo-imperialism, and then try to sum up the essence and destination of neo-imperialism. There are five parts, as follows: the first part is an introduction. It mainly expounds the basis and significance of the topic, then analyzes the current situation of neo-imperialism from two aspects at home and abroad, and finally introduces the innovation of the paper and research methods; the second part is the reasons for the emergence of neo-imperialism. This paper attempts to discuss the emergence of neo-imperialism from four aspects, namely, the need of international monopoly capitalism, the great national strength of the United States after World War II, the challenge to the traditional status of the United States and the attack of terrorism. These four factors are linked to each other and support each other and together contribute to the emergence of neo-imperialism; the third part is the basic characteristics of neo-imperialism. This part is the core of the paper, but also the innovation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of imperialism in Lenin's book "imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism", the "new characteristics" of neo-imperialism, namely economic plunder and political intervention, are summed up in an all-round way. Cultural infiltration and military threats and aggression; The fourth part is the ideological practice of neo-imperialism. Neo-imperialism will not take the initiative to show its identity in the actual operation, always hide its true purpose with various high-sounding slogans, the main practical means are: ideological termination theory, advocating universal value theory, human rights higher than sovereignty; The fifth part analyzes the essence of neo-imperialism. Neo-imperialism is essentially a new hegemonism, a new power politics, a new source of all wars and inequalities, and finally a new quagmire of collapse; the sixth part is the conclusion. The renewed outbreak of the financial crisis can only prove the failure of the neo-imperialist theory, which simply cannot save the decadent capitalist system, and only socialism is the only way out for mankind.
