儒家“民本”思想与“以人为本”关系探究

【摘要】： 儒家民本思想是儒家文化的重要组成部分,也是儒家文化的精粹,是中国传统文化中具有进步性质的思想主题。民贵君轻,民心向背是儒家民本思想的主旨。虽然从本质上说,民本思想是封建时代的士大夫们为了统治阶级的长治久安出现的思想学说,但它确实激励了一些开明的君主及士大夫们关心民生,以为本民,它倡导“民为邦本”理念,重视民众在国家和阶级的地位及作用,在一定程度上维护了民众的利益,在历史上具有其积极的意义。 虽然儒家的民本思想是封建时代的产物,具有历史局限性,但在中国社会主义现代化建设的进程中,其重民贵民、爱民安民、利民富民的思想和做法,对我们还是有值得借鉴的价值和意义。今天我们所提倡的“以人为本”既是科学发展观的本质和核心,同时也是我国古代民本思想的质的发展与提升。研究儒家民本思想,既有利于我们更加清醒地认识传统文化,也有利于今日之民主政治建设。从而更好地服务于构建以人为本的和谐社会。本文拟就儒家民本思想产生的渊源、主要内容、历史作用及与现代“以人为本”一些探究,希望能对构建和谐社会的现实价值作一些初步的探讨。
[Abstract]:Confucian people-oriented thought is an important part of Confucian culture and the essence of Confucian culture. It is also a progressive theme in Chinese traditional culture. It is the purport of the Confucian people-based thought that the people and noble monarchs are light and the people's will is back. Although, in essence, the idea of "people first" was the ideological theory that the literati and officials of the feudal era appeared for the long-term stability of the ruling class, it did inspire some enlightened monarchs and literati officials to care about the people's livelihood and think that they were the people. It advocates the idea of "the people as the foundation of the state", attaches importance to the position and role of the people in the state and class, to a certain extent, maintains the interests of the people, and has its positive significance in history. Although the Confucian people-oriented thought is the product of the feudal era and has historical limitations, in the process of China's socialist modernization, its thought and practice of attaching great importance to the people, loving the people, and benefiting the people and enriching the people, To us still has the value and the significance which is worth drawing lessons from. The "people-oriented" we advocate today is not only the essence and core of the scientific concept of development, but also the qualitative development and promotion of the ancient people-oriented thought of our country. The study of Confucian people-oriented thought is not only conducive to us to understand the traditional culture more soberly, but also conducive to the construction of democratic politics today. In order to better serve to build a people-oriented harmonious society. This article intends to explore the origin, main content, historical function and modern "people-oriented" of the Confucian people-oriented thought, hoping to make some preliminary discussion on the realistic value of building a harmonious society.
