严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想研究

【摘要】：严复(1854—1921),著名思想家、教育家、翻译家,中国近代思想史上的学术巨子。严复思想体系博大精深,尤其是其政治思想具有很多独到的见解,但目前学界的相关研究主要侧重于政治思想的宏观层面,对于微观的国民政治价值观方面的专门而系统的研究尚属阙如。随着我国社会主义民主政治建设进一步推进,提升公民的政治素质成为必然要求,这使得严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想研究的价值凸显。本文通过分析严复文本著作,结合已有相关理论研究,尝试系统地探究严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想。文章第一部分阐述了严复对国民传统政治价值观的反思。从“好古忽今的政治评价”等五个方面总结了国民传统政治价值观的缺陷,并对其所造成的负面影响进行了剖析。由此指出作为国家主体的近代国民应该摒弃传统政治价值观的糟粕,塑造以西方“自由、民主、平等”等观念为主的现代政治价值观的必要性和急迫性。文章第二部分对严复近代国民政治价值观主要内容进行了系统梳理和分析,并总结为四个方面：坚持自由的政治价值理念、具备进化论的政治价值思维方式、树立合群保国的政治价值取向和培养权在于民、人人平等的民主政治精神。第三部分探讨了严复国民政治价值观近代转型的路径,主要从传播西方政治理念、改革国民教育、革新政治制度和发展自由经济四个方面对消除国民传统政治价值观的负面影响,塑造国民新型政治价值观的作用进行剖析,从而表明严复国民政治价值观近代转型的先进性、可行性以及国民政治价值观转型的艰巨性和持久性。文章第四部分对严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想进行了评析。首先论述了严复该思想前后期的嬗变并分析其成因,以此合理评价严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想。在此基础上,对严复国民政治价值观近代转型思想的现代价值进行了挖掘。
[Abstract]:Yan Fu (1854-1921) is a famous thinker, educator, translator and academic magnate in the history of modern Chinese thought. Yan Fu's ideological system is broad and profound, especially his political thought has a lot of original views, but at present the relevant research in academic circles mainly focuses on the macro-level of political thought. There is no special and systematic research on the micro-national political values. With the further development of socialist democratic political construction in China, it is necessary to improve the political quality of citizens, which makes the value of Yan Fu's research on the modern transition thought of national political values prominent. Based on the analysis of Yan Fu's works and related theoretical research, this paper attempts to systematically explore Yan Fu's modern transformation thought of national political values. The first part of the article expounds Yan Fu's reflection on the national traditional political values. This paper sums up the defects of the national traditional political values from five aspects, such as "the political evaluation of the good old and the present", and analyzes on its negative influence. Therefore, it is pointed out that the modern citizens, as the main body of the country, should abandon the dross of traditional political values and shape the necessity and urgency of modern political values based on the western concepts of "freedom, democracy, equality" and so on. The second part of the article systematically combs and analyzes the main contents of Yan Fu's modern national political values, and summarizes them into four aspects: adhering to the idea of political value of freedom, and having the way of thinking of political value of evolution. To set up the political value orientation and cultivation right of the group and protect the country lies in the democratic political spirit of equality between the people and all. The third part discusses the path of the transition of Yan Fu's national political values in modern times, mainly from spreading the western political ideas and reforming the national education. The four aspects of reforming political system and developing free economy have analyzed the negative influence of the traditional national political values and the role of shaping the new national political values, thus showing the advanced nature of Yan Fu's modern transformation of the national political values. Feasibility and the difficulty and persistence of the transformation of national political values. The fourth part of the article comments on Yan Fu's modern transformation thought of national political values. Firstly, this paper discusses the evolution of Yan Fu's thought before and after, and analyzes the cause of its formation, so as to reasonably evaluate Yan Fu's modern transformation thought of national political values. On this basis, the author excavates the modern value of Yan Fu's modern transformation thought of national political values.
