“以理杀人”辨——以列维纳斯的“杀人”概念为参照

【摘要】:戴震的"以理杀人"说共有三层意蕴,分别为"以理灭欲""以意见为理"及"以势杀人"。与"以理杀人"的前述三层意蕴相应,戴震又分别提出了肃清"以理杀人"现象的三套方案,即阐明"理欲统一"、标举"理在事中"及践行"以情挈情"。然而,依照列维纳斯伦理学的有关分析,戴震的解决方案并不彻底,"杀人"之祸仍未从根本上免除。当代儒者在传播儒学时,不仅应当从戴震对"以理杀人"的批判中领受教益,而且也要吸取列维纳斯伦理学的有关启示。
[Abstract]:There are three meanings in Dai Zhen's theory of "killing people by reason", namely, "killing desire by reason", "taking opinion as reason" and "killing by power". Corresponding to the three meanings mentioned above, Dai Zhen also put forward three schemes to eliminate the phenomenon of "rational killing", namely, to clarify "unity of reason and desire", to mark "reason in the event" and to practice "guiding emotion with emotion". However, according to the relevant analysis of Levinas ethics, Dai Zhen's solution is not complete, and the scourge of "killing" has not been fundamentally exempted. In spreading Confucianism, contemporary Confucianism should not only draw lessons from Dai Zhen's criticism of "rational killing", but also draw inspiration from Levinas ethics.
