全球化背景下的政府规制与文化产业发展

【摘要】：全球化背景下的政府规制对文化产业的影响越来越大,甚至对文化产业能否健康快速发展起着决定性的作用。为促进和保障我国文化产业又好又快发展,应着重从完善文化市场体系、规范文化市场秩序、扶持文化产业发展、促进文化产品内容多样化、创新文化产业走出去模式、维护国家文化产业安全等方面改革和完善政府规制职能。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the influence of the government regulation on the cultural industry is becoming more and more important, and even plays a decisive role in the rapid development of the cultural industry. in ord to promote and guarantee that good and fast development of the cultural industry in our country, we should focus on the perfect culture market system, standardize the market order of culture, support the development of the cultural industry, promote the diversity of the content of the cultural products, and innovate the cultural industry to go out of the mode, To reform and improve the government regulation function in the aspects of national cultural industry security.
