本土化视野中的行政学中层理论构建

【摘要】：在中国行政学已经深受西方话语浸染以及世界发展在总体上加速迈向全球化的今天,中国行政学界如何能够创生出"土生土长"的行政理论?能够在什么意义上实现行政学的本土化?针对上述问题,在分析论述"中层理论"思想的基础上,提出"中层理论构建为中国行政学本土化提供了一种可能的选择"的观点,即在西方的行政学元理论或元话语与中国本土行政管理实践之间构建行政学中层理论,以实现行政学本土化。构建行政学中层理论、实现行政学本土化可从强化本土问题意识和深入本土行政实践,拓展国际化视野、且要以批判的理性主义精神和姿态对待西方的行政理论,珍视传统文化的价值等方面着手。
[Abstract]:At a time when Chinese administrative science has been deeply influenced by western discourse and the development of the world is accelerating towards globalization in general, how can Chinese administrative circles create the administrative theory of "home-grown"? In what sense can the localization of administrative science be realized? In view of the above problems, on the basis of analyzing and discussing the thought of "middle-level theory", this paper puts forward the view that "the construction of middle-level theory provides a possible choice for the localization of Chinese administrative science". In order to realize the localization of administration, the middle-level theory of administration is constructed between the western theory of administrative meta-theory or meta-discourse and the practice of local administration in China. To construct the middle-level theory of administrative science and realize the localization of administrative science can strengthen the consciousness of local problems and deepen the local administrative practice, expand the international vision, and treat the western administrative theory with the spirit and attitude of critical rationalism. Cherish the value of traditional culture and other aspects.
