【摘要】：正待本期刊物出版之际,正是改革开放40年的时间周期。肇始于1978年的改革开放,改变了中国的命运,也改变了世界的命运。时逢其40周年之际,总结其伟大的成就,反思其存在的不足,就成为中国思想界不可推卸的责任。历史是以周期性形式演进的,既前后相继,又彼此区隔,在上一个周期完全正当的事情,进入下一个周期就可能被视为谬误。因此,与时俱进,乃是任何伟大时代的最鲜明特征。依循此理,总结改革开放也应采取着眼当下、着眼未来的态度和视角。纠缠于历史恩怨和具体是非,
[Abstract]:At the time of the publication of this issue, it is the 40-year period of reform and opening up. The reform and opening up, which began in 1978, changed the fate of China and the world. On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, summing up its great achievements and reflecting on its shortcomings has become an inescapable responsibility of the Chinese ideological circle. History evolves in the form of periodicity, one after another and separated from each other. Therefore, keeping pace with the times is the most distinctive feature of any great era. According to this principle, summing up the reform and opening up should also take the attitude and perspective of focusing on the present and the future.
