【摘要】：明清时期出现了大量的商人传记,这是一种崭新的社会文化现象。商人传记是我们从事明清商人研究所必不可少的资料,本文重点选取河南地方志中的商人传记,在搜集和整理河南商人传记资料的基础上,首先对方志中河南商人传记的史料价值和编纂特点予以述论,其次揭示河南商人经商的缘由,河南商人的形象树立以及方志写作中的思想倾向,再次,从方志资料中概述明清河南商人的经营特色和经营理念,最后总结明清时期河南商人整体的的心态结构,对其局限性进行评价。本文绪论部分主要进行交代选题缘由、学术史回顾、研究方法以及相关概念的界定。在中国古代社会,商人位居于四民之末,不被正史所记述,明清时期地方志的撰写趋向稳定和规范化,在这“一地之史”中保留了不少的商人资料,对于我们研究从事商人研究,提供了弥足珍贵的信息。第一章主要分析河南地方志出现商人传记的原因,对河南方志中商人传记的留存状况做初步的统计,梳理河南商人传记的发展脉络,以列表的形式呈现方志中河南商人的记载状况。第二章叙述河南方志中商人传记的史料价值和编纂特点,在此基础上,采用个案分析的方式对不同版本的商人传记进行深入探讨。第三章从历史书写的角度,重点阐述明清河南商人传记的书写状况,对河南商人的从商缘由,河南商人的形象以及方志撰写的思想倾向做细致的梳理。第四章从地方志资料总结明清时期河南商人的经营特色以及所表现的特点,同时对河南商人的人文特质和经营理念进行剖析。第五章对明清河南商人的心态结构进行评价,对其历史局限性进行总结。结语部分对全文进行总结和升华,力求客观全面的对明清河南商人传记的价值,以及对由此总结的河南商人特色进行评价,为准确认识明清河南商人的历史地位提供参考。
[Abstract]:There were a lot of biographies of merchants in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which was a new social and cultural phenomenon. We are engaged in the biographies of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are essential to the study on business data, this article focuses on the local chronicles of Henan in biographies, based on collecting and arranging the merchant of Henan biographical information on the historical value and the characteristics of each other in the first compilation will be on the biography of the merchant of Henan, then reveals the reason of Henan businessmen, the merchant of Henan image and chronicles in the writing of ideological tendencies, once again, from the original data outlined in the Ming and Qing Dynasties Henan merchants operating characteristics and business philosophy, finally mentality structure of Henan in the Ming and Qing Dynasties merchants overall summary, to evaluate its limitations. The introduction part of this article mainly deals with the reasons for the selection of topics, the review of academic history, the method of research and the definition of related concepts. Chinese in ancient society, a businessman in the four end of the people, not by the official history of the history record, written during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, local chronicles tend to be stable and standardized, in which a "history" retains a lot of businessmen, businessmen engaged in for our research study, provides valuable information. Henan local chronicles appear biographies in the first chapter of analysis, preliminary statistics on the biographies of Chronicles of Henan in the retained condition, reviewing the Henan merchant biography, showing the chronicles of the merchant of Henan recorded in the form of a list. The second chapter describes the historical value and Compiling Characteristics of biographies in the chronicles of Henan, on the basis of this, by the way of case analysis to explore the different versions of the biographies. The third chapter from the perspective of historical writing, focuses on the Ming and Qing Dynasties Henan businessman biography writing situation, business reasons of Henan merchants, Henan businessman and the ideological tendency of local chronicles written carefully. The fourth chapter summarizes the characteristics and characteristics of Henan businessmen in the Ming and Qing Dynasties from the perspective of local chronicles, and analyzes the humanistic characteristics and management concepts of Henan businessmen. The fifth chapter evaluates the mental structure of Henan merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties, and sums up their historical limitations. The epilogue summarizes and sublime the whole text, striving to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the biographies of Henan merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties, as well as the evaluation of the characteristics of merchants in Henan, so as to provide a reference for accurately understanding the historical status of Henan merchants in Ming and Qing Dynasties.
