【摘要】：正儿童坐火车享受优惠是古今中外的通例,但是对"儿童"范围确定的标准却不尽相同。民国铁路大部分时间以年龄为标准,规定:"凡孩童未满四岁者,免收票价;其已满四岁,至十二岁以下者,减半核收;凡已满十二岁及十二岁以上者,照付全价。"规矩制定得相当完善,可是执行起来却可丁可卯。现代漫画家丰子恺的文章《比较》讲过一段亲身经历——
