春秋时期盟誓的文化内涵与政治功能

【摘要】：春秋时代,为了维护政权或称霸诸侯,调节各类矛盾,盟誓此起彼伏,与春秋相始终。从史料来看,"盟"与"誓"的内涵并不完全相同,依据《左传》"盟"的文化内涵可概括为:盟的参与者、盟誓的物质条件、盟誓文化体现的宗教信仰以及盟誓的程序等。盟的政治功能则主要有:继承或延续盟国之间友好关系、讨伐其他诸侯(包括背叛盟主的诸侯)、救助被侵略的盟员、诸侯顺服与讲和或双方和解、维护王权或干预其他诸侯内部事务以及巩固公室权力等。还有为立国君或太子而盟誓,卿大夫之间为平衡权力而盟誓,为维护公室政权、讨伐罪臣或驱逐恶臣而盟誓,为爱情而盟誓,为夺取政权或叛逆公室而盟誓,为鼓励效忠国家的盟誓及利用盟誓达到某一政治目的等。
[Abstract]:In the Spring and Autumn period, in order to maintain political power or seek hegemony, regulate various contradictions, vows rise and fall one after another with the Spring and Autumn period. From the historical data, the connotation of "alliance" and "oath" is not exactly the same. According to "Zuo Zhuan", the cultural connotation of "League" can be summarized as: the participants of the League, the material conditions of the oath. The political functions of the League mainly include: inheriting or extending the friendly relations between the allies and asking for the defeat of other princes (including those who betrayed the leader of the League). Rescuing the invading allies, vowing the princes to peace or reconciliation, defending Wang Quan or interfering in the internal affairs of other princes, consolidating the power of the public office, etc., and vowing to set up a monarch or prince. For the sake of balance of power, for the sake of maintaining the power of the public office, vows to exorcise or evict evil ministers, vows to love, to seize power or to rebel against the public office. In order to encourage allegiance to the country and use the oath to achieve a political purpose.
