舒赫德革职事件考

【摘要】：清官书记载,乾隆十九年,乾隆帝不断指责兵部尚书舒赫德处理乌梁海事件不力,并以其安置阿穆尔撒纳建议不妥为由被革职,子女发配充军。满文档案记载了舒赫德与乾隆帝间的一次意见分歧,此事恰为官书所缺载。据此可知,舒赫德被革职的真正原因恰恰源于此次分歧,而最终原因还是在于乾隆帝的用人策略。
[Abstract]:Qing official records, Qianlong 19 years, Emperor Qianlong repeatedly accused the Ministry of War Shang Shu Shu he did not deal with the Wulianghai incident, and on the basis of his proposal for the placement of Amulsana was dismissed. The Manchu file records a disagreement between Schuhde and Emperor Qianlong, which is missing from the official document. According to this, the real reason for Schuher's dismissal is precisely this disagreement. And the ultimate reason lies in Emperor Qianlong's employment strategy.
