西北古代农田水利开发的类型投资者和基本经验

【摘要】：西北古代的农田水利,有两个投资源支撑着两种类型的开发:一是私人投资的经济型开发,一是国家投资的军事型开发。两类开发的目的、力度和持续性各不相同,客观效果差别很大,但都为我们积累了丰富的水资源开发的历史经验。
[Abstract]:There are two kinds of investment sources of farmland water conservancy in Northwest China: one is the economic development of private investment, the other is the military development invested by the state. The purpose, intensity and persistence of the two kinds of development are different, and the objective effect is very different, but both of them have accumulated rich historical experience of water resources development for us.
