制度史研究应强调“官民互视”

【摘要】：从古往今来的历史来看,制度创立和发展对国家重建以及社会秩序维持所具有的基础意义是不言而喻的。也正因此,在历史研究中制度史一直成为学者所关注的重要领域。无论是研究队伍,抑或是取得的学术成果,都是其他历史学领域难以比肩的。处于当今重视学术创新的时代,制度史的研究为适应新形势发展的需要,走出原有纯制度层面的研究困境和局限,研究方法上需要做哪些改进,研究内容上需要做哪些调整,才能更好地实现不断深化的目标呢?学者们已经自觉地意识到了这些问题并做了有益的探索,如邓小南先生的"走向‘活’的制度史"研究的呼吁,犹如馨香扑面,令人新爽。为了开拓制度史研究的新局面,我们推出这期"制度史研究方法笔谈",包伟民、陈长琦、李凭、卢向前、王日根5位学者结合各自的研究领域发表了自己的看法,希望对研究者有所裨益和启发。
[Abstract]:From the historical point of view, the establishment and development of the system is self-evident for the reconstruction of the country and the maintenance of social order. As a result, institutional history has always been an important area of concern to scholars in the study of history. Neither the research team nor the academic achievements are comparable in other fields of history. In order to meet the needs of the development of the new situation, the research on system history is in the era of attaching importance to academic innovation, and goes out of the difficulties and limitations of the original pure institutional research, what improvements should be made in the research methods and what adjustments should be made in the research contents. In order to better achieve the deepening goals? Scholars have consciously realized these problems and made useful explorations, such as Deng Xiaonan's appeal for the study of "A living system History", which is fresh and refreshing. In order to open up a new situation in the study of institutional history, we launched this issue of "A discussion on the methods of Institutional History Research." five scholars, Bao Weimin, Chen Changqi, Li Zhan, Lu Qian, and Wang Rigen, combined with their respective fields of study, expressed their views. It is hoped that it will benefit and enlighten the researchers.
