“民贵君轻”说的盲点及其他——兼与“以人为本”比较

【摘要】:"民贵君轻"不是一个命题而只是一个话题,是孟轲由此出发来肯定其核心观点"得乎丘民而为天子"的由头。这种"得乎……而为……"句式,潜藏着以民为工具而以天子为本的奥秘。它与"养民"说、"诛一夫"说,与"王道""仁政"和"与民同忧同乐"主张相表里,贯穿了《孟子》全书。作为口头禅的"民贵君轻",就是"得乎丘民而为天子"的盲点。它遮蔽了此话题所有关于"以天子为本"的实质内容。为深入考察,本文分析了孟轲的教育背景、游说对象和心理动机,也追溯了孟轲之前"民为邦本"说、"民为君本"说和所谓的"以民为本"说之源头,指出了其间一脉相承的联系。与此同时,还将具有宗法性和皇权主义特征的"民贵君轻"说与具有现代公民社会和公民意识的"以人为本"施政理念做了比较,并说明了根本差异。
[Abstract]:It is not a proposition but a topic, and it is the origin of Meng Ke's core view that he is the son of Heaven. This kind of "get it and do it." Sentence pattern, hidden by the people as a tool and the son-based mystery. It runs through Mencius through the book of Mencius, with the theory of "raising the people", "the death of one husband", and the proposition of "the king's way," benevolent government "and" sharing common worries with the people ". As a mantra, "the people and the noble monarch" is the blind spot of "getting to Qiu people and being the son of Heaven." It obscures all the substance of this topic about being based on the son of Heaven. In order to make a thorough investigation, this paper analyzes Meng Ke's educational background, lobbying object and psychological motivation, and traces the origin of Meng Ke's former "people for the people" theory, the "people for the king" theory and the so-called "people-oriented" theory. It points out the connection between the two. At the same time, the author compares the theory of "people and noble monarchies" with the idea of "people-oriented" administration with modern civil society and civic consciousness, and explains the fundamental differences.
