【摘要】：十九世纪末,传教士的传教策略日益世俗化。传教士除了积极地参与公共事业等世俗性活动之外,还通过创办实业,吸引信徒,从而达到“实业传教”的目的。蒲鲁士在兴化布道二十六年,采用“实业传教”策略,创办印书局、面粉厂、汽船厂等近代工业,建立农学校,组织移民“新兴化”,促进教会发展与自养。本文以美以美会传教士蒲鲁士为个案,将其置于莆田的社会环境中加以考察,重点研究蒲鲁士的实业传教的策略和实业教育思想,进而探讨基督教与经济的关系,以期丰富基督教研究的内容。
[Abstract]:In 19th century, missionaries' missionary strategy became more and more secularized. In addition to actively participating in secular activities such as public services, missionaries also attracted believers through the establishment of industry. In order to achieve the purpose of "industrial missionary". Prussia in Xinghua preaching 26 years, using the "industrial missionary" strategy, the establishment of printing, flour, steamboat factory and other modern industries, to establish agricultural schools. Organization of immigrants "burgeoning" to promote the development and self-care of the Church. This paper takes the American and Israeli Missionary Prussia as a case, puts it in Putian's social environment to investigate. This paper focuses on the study of Prussia's industrial missionary strategy and the thought of industrial education, and then probes into the relationship between Christianity and economy, with a view to enriching the contents of Christian studies.
