去巫化与正统化:民间信仰的生存和发展之路——以福建民间信仰为例

【摘要】：民间信仰的产生和发展,离不开巫觋文化,但发展到一定程度时,又必须从巫觋文化中摆脱出来,融入儒道释三教文化,同时主动依附封建政权,争取朝廷的封赐,走正统化的道路,这样才能获得更大的发展空间。本文以福建民间信仰为例,对民间信仰的"去巫化"和"正统化"的历史进程进行深入的分析,认为"去巫化"的主要途径有三条:即给神明编造新的家世、重新塑造神明的形象和披上道教佛教的外衣;"正统化"的基本策略也有三:即争取朝廷的封敕或赐额、尽可能与帝王攀上关系、显灵帮助官兵打胜仗、靖国保民等。论文指出,民间信仰的"去巫化"和"正统化"是封建主义中央集权统治的必然产物,对于民间信仰生存和发展至关重要,甚至决定着民间信仰的生死存亡。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of folk belief can not be separated from wizard culture, but to a certain extent, it is necessary to get rid of the wizard culture, melt into the culture of Confucianism, Taoism and interpretation of the three religions, and at the same time take the initiative to rely on the feudal regime, and strive for the imperial court to grant it. Only by taking the road of orthodoxy, can we gain a greater space for development. Taking Fujian folk belief as an example, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the historical process of "decimation" and "orthodoxy" of folk belief. It is believed that there are three main ways to "remove witchcraft": to fabricate a new family background for the gods, to remodel the image of the gods and to put on the clothes of Taoist Buddhism; and there are also three basic strategies for "orthodoxy": namely, to strive for the imperial seal or grant. The paper points out that the "deconvolution" and "orthodoxy" of folk beliefs are inevitable products of centralized feudal rule. It is very important for the survival and development of folk belief, and even determines the survival and death of folk belief.
