【摘要】：正佛教艺术博大精深、历史久远。自东汉传人东土后,佛教经历了魏晋南北朝、隋唐五代、宋元明清等长达数千年的时间跨度,不断融入中华本土文化,并产生了深远影响。佛教艺术是佛教在传播发展过程中最重要的表现形式之一,涵盖佛教雕塑、绘画、书法、建筑、音乐等各种艺术类型,创造出无数的精品佳作,在中华大地上生根发芽、成长开花。佛教虽在各个时期所受重视程度不同,也曾遭到数次较大规模的灭法,但是佛教艺术凭借自身顽强的生命力,数度重生并持续发展,时至今日,留给世人的佛教艺术作品数量之巨、规模之大、形式之多,令人无比震撼。由中国佛教研究领军人物赖永海先生担任主编,汇集宗教学、历史学、艺术学、社会学等各方面专业学者合作结撰并入选国家社科基金后期资助项目的《中国佛教艺术史》,堪称是全面展现佛教艺术发展的一部集大成之作。该书具有以下显著特点:
[Abstract]:Since the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Eastern Han Dynasty, the Southern and Northern dynasties, the Sui, Tang and the five dynasties, the Song, Yuan, the Ming and Qing dynasties, and so on, Buddhism has experienced thousands of years of time span and continued to blend into the Chinese native culture. Buddhist art is one of the most important forms of expression in the process of the spread and development of Buddhism, covering various artistic types such as Buddhist sculpture, painting, calligraphy, architecture, music, and so on. Although Buddhism received different degrees of attention in each period, it was destroyed several times on a larger scale, but the Buddhist art, with its tenacious vitality, was reborn several times and continued to develop. To this day, the number, scale and form of Buddhist works left to the world are extremely impressive. Mr. Lai Yonghai, a leading figure in Chinese Buddhist research, is the editor in chief, bringing together religious studies, history, and art. The History of Buddhist Art in China, which was coauthored and selected by the National Social Science Foundation as a project funded by the National Social Science Fund, is a masterpiece that shows the development of Buddhist art in an all-round way.
