西教与中土接榫:施约瑟与晚清圣经汉译研究

【摘要】：清代咸同以降,来华传教士群体和西方三大圣经公会皆力推圣经汉译。美国圣公会主教施约瑟是传教士译经者中突出的一位。作为近代基督教东传历程中深具特色理念、充满传奇色彩的翻译家,他依靠超人毅力,历经数年艰辛,致力于将原汁原味的希伯来圣经以国人能够认知的方式,译成雅俗兼备的文本。前有诸贤圣经汉译努力,后有诸多机构联合组织,施约瑟位居中间,不但成就汉译经典,且对此后圣经和合本、新文学的诞生具有导引作用。
[Abstract]:In the Qing Dynasty, the missionaries in China and the three major biblical guilds in the West pushed the translation of the Bible into Chinese. The Bishop of the American Anglican Church, Joseph Schedham, was one of the prominent translaters of the scriptures of the missionaries. As a characteristic concept in the course of the eastward transmission of modern Christianity, Legendary translator who, relying on superhuman perseverance and years of hardship, devoted himself to translating the original Hebrew Bible into texts of elegance and vulgarity in a way that Chinese people could recognize. After that, there were many organizations and organizations, and Joseph Schneider was in the middle, not only to achieve the Chinese translation of the classics, but also to guide the birth of the Bible and the new literature.
