[Abstract]:Religion without God is the last book ever published by Dworkin, a contemporary liberal standard-bearer. In this book full of dying confessions, Dworkin pondered "what is eternal life". Dworkin suggested that when people have a certain standard of value and live by it, it is eternal life. No one can live forever. But the standards of value and the achievements achieved thereupon are reassuring for one's life. Thus, ethical beliefs perform the functions of religion, A religion without God is also a religion.
