【摘要】：在近代众多的寺庙纠纷案件中,静安寺纠纷无疑是最具代表性的个案之一。1946年静安寺住持德悟、监院密迦先后被不同人士检举为汉奸,其中既有战后国家对汉奸的惩治,也有剃度派僧人师徒之间的纠葛,又涉及剃度与十方丛林之缠诉,更关涉佛教内部的保守与改革、客僧与主僧等争端。在日益现代化的近代都市中,各类报刊舆论、复杂的商业利益以及相关社会组织,均或明或暗地发挥着重要的作用,充分展示了近代国家、宗教与社会错综复杂的面相。
[Abstract]:Among the numerous cases of temple disputes in modern times, the dispute over Jing'an Temple is undoubtedly one of the most representative cases. In 1946, the abbot of Jing'an Temple realized that the abbot of Jing'an Temple was virtuous, and Mecca was successively accused of traitors by different people, including the punishment of traitors by the state after the war.There are also disputes between shaving monks and disciples, involving the tangle of shaving degree and the jungle of the ten sides, the internal conservatism and reform of Buddhism, the disputes between the monk and the monk and so on.In the modern city, all kinds of newspapers and periodicals, complex commercial interests and related social organizations all play an important role, showing the complicated face of modern country, religion and society.
