文化政策视野下上海三官信仰习俗的当代变迁

【摘要】：文化政策是国家文化意志的体现。以文化政策为视角研究上海三官信仰习俗的当代变迁历程,有助于认识文化政策与民间信仰习俗变迁之间的关系。1949年以来,国家从排斥到认同三官信仰习俗,是不同时期文化政策影响的结果。从1949到1977年,国家通过文化政策强势革旧立新,三官信仰习俗销声匿迹;从1978到2004年,国家调整文化政策后,城市三官信仰习俗得以恢复和重构,但乡村习俗未得到认同;从2005年起,国家对非物质文化遗产保护日益重视,三官信仰习俗获得认同并得以发展。随着文化政策的调整和文化发展的自主性,上海三官信仰习俗在得以传承的同时,还呈现出多样化的发展趋势。
[Abstract]:Cultural policy is the embodiment of national cultural will. From the perspective of cultural policy, it is helpful to understand the relationship between cultural policy and folk belief and customs. It is the result of the influence of cultural policy in different periods. From 1949 to 1977, the state reformed the old and the new strongly through the cultural policy, and the customs of the three official beliefs disappeared, from 1978 to 2004, after the state adjusted the cultural policy, the customs of the city's three officials' beliefs were restored and reconstructed, but the rural customs were not recognized. Since 2005, the state has paid more and more attention to the protection of intangible cultural heritage. With the adjustment of cultural policy and the autonomy of cultural development, the customs of the three official beliefs in Shanghai have been passed on, and at the same time, they have shown a diversified trend of development.
