[Abstract]:On November 4, the Central Institute of Cultural Management cadres, jointly sponsored by the State Ministry of Culture and the International Bureau of Foreign Affairs, held a "exchange of experiences on provincial cooperation between African regional ministries and provinces" at the Central Institute of Cultural Management cadres. Master Yongxin, abbot of Shaolin Temple, attended this exchange meeting and made a keynote presentation. Ding Wei, Vice Minister of Culture, Zhao Haisheng, Deputy Director of the Foreign Liaison Bureau of the Ministry of Culture, Song Yanqun, Director of the African Department, Kang Jie, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture of Henan Province, Zhang Zhanbiao, Director of the Department of Culture of Henan Province, Huang Hanqiu, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture of Henan Province, as well as provinces, municipalities and enterprises, etc.
