试析郭士立在华传教活动中的身份建构与身份冲突

【摘要】：在近代来华的众多传教士中,郭士立是最受争议的一位。他对在华传教事业贡献颇多,却受到同时代其他传教士的指责。他是勤勉的福音传播者,却也是积极协助殖民国家侵略中国的帮凶。本文尝试从身份建构和身份冲突的视角出发,对郭士立的在华传教活动进行分析与评价。
[Abstract]:Among the many missionaries who came to China in modern times, Guo Shili was the most controversial one. He contributed a lot to his missionary career in China, but was criticized by other missionaries of his time. He was a diligent evangelist, but also an accomplice in helping colonial powers invade China. This paper attempts to analyze and evaluate Guo Shili's missionary activities in China from the perspective of identity construction and identity conflict.
