晚清潮汕中美文化融通中的基督徒丧葬礼

【摘要】：明清以降,中西文化交流成为中国史和世界史的重要面向。作为人生仪式中最重要的礼仪,丧葬礼的重构逐渐受到西方文化的影响。开埠通商后,美北浸礼会传教士将美国的丧葬礼元素输入潮汕。晚清潮汕浸礼会信徒的丧葬礼主要基于宗教信仰和世俗生活的双重考虑,以当地传统丧葬礼为底本,祛除违背教会条规的部分,嵌入基督教仪式。嵌入的基督教仪式不仅参照了传教士丧葬礼的实例,而且作了精心的在地化处理,生长出中国自己的基督教丧葬礼仪文化。
[Abstract]:In Ming and Qing dynasties, cultural exchange between China and the West became an important aspect of Chinese history and world history. As the most important ritual in life, the reconstruction of funeral ceremony is gradually influenced by western culture. After the opening of the port, the American Baptist missionaries imported American funeral elements into Chaoshan. The funeral ceremony of Chaoshan Baptist Church in the late Qing Dynasty was mainly based on the dual consideration of religious belief and secular life, taking the local traditional funeral ceremony as the base, dispel the part that was contrary to the rules of the church, and embed the Christian ceremony. The embedded Christian ritual not only referred to the example of the missionary funeral ceremony, but also made the careful treatment in the place, and grew out of the Chinese own Christian funeral ceremony culture.
