降温凝膜影响颗粒物脱除特性的实验研究

【摘要】:为了探究降温凝膜对颗粒物脱除特性的影响,采用电称低压冲击器对模拟烟气(过饱和湿烟气)在静电除尘器前后的颗粒物进行在线监测和分析,得到颗粒物浓度及粒径分布特征,研究了不同降温幅度下凝结相变对颗粒物脱除特性的影响,并着重关注细颗粒物。研究结果表明:降温幅度增大,细颗粒物核化凝结长大,发生凝并、团聚,粒径明显变大;降温凝膜后,静电除尘器对细颗粒物脱除效果明显增强;降温5℃与降温0℃时对比,PM10的质量脱除效率提高约30百分点。降温幅度为4℃时,PM2.5的质量总脱除效率和数量总脱除效率分别已达到73.09%、67.44%。考虑到降温成本,实际应用中,降温幅度选择4℃为宜。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of cooling and condensing film on the removal characteristics of particulate matter, the particles of simulated flue gas (supersaturated wet flue gas) before and after electrostatic precipitator were monitored and analyzed by using a low pressure impact device. The characteristics of particle concentration and particle size distribution were obtained. The effects of condensation phase transition on the removal characteristics of fine particles were studied under different cooling ranges, and the attention was focused on fine particles. The results showed that the nucleation and condensation growth of fine particles increased with the increase of cooling range. After condensation and agglomeration, the particle size is obviously larger, and the effect of electrostatic precipitator on the removal of fine particles is obviously enhanced after cooling and condensing film. The mass removal efficiency of PM10 is increased by about 30 percentage points compared with that at 5 鈩,
