【摘要】：在知识经济时代,知识资源改变了衡量企业综合实力的标准和竞争规则,知识作为资本成为了企业的重要资产,企业可持续发展和创新能力的提升越来越依赖于智力资本,智力资本将成为企业创造效益的主导资源。同时,供应链作为企业内外资源进行有效整合的运营模式,已经得到广泛和快速的发展,企业之间的竞争已逐渐转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。智力资本是竞争的焦点和核心,而供应链是竞争的模式和方法,二者有何联系,国内外学者普遍认可智力资本和绩效之间的正向关系,同时也认可提升智力资本的重点就是开展有效的知识共享;二者是相互作用、相互促进、相互渗透、相互制约的耦合关系。如何针对供应链组织模式的特性,充分发挥其组织优势,通过知识共享提升智力资本的增量,本文将试图对其中的内涵机理进行深入的探讨和研究。供应链是一种链状的网式结构,企业之间存在着物流、资金流、信息流和知识流。供应链企业间低层次的合作偏向于物流,而高层次的合作则侧重于知识流,通过知识流的顺畅流动,实现知识的转移和共享,提高企业合作的绩效。广义来说,供应链也是一种共享模式,是企业资源的合作和共享,所以在共享的组织情景下实现知识共享,是供应链合作的纵深发展。然而,供应链企业分别属于不同利益主体,企业间的关系紧密度、互补性等方面均不相同,成员企业无论是基础、规模、目标,还是对智力资本的需求、手段、能力等方面均存在较大差异;同时,知识本身的复杂性、默会性、粘着性等特性,以及知识主体的意愿和动机等因素,都会较大程度地影响知识转移和共享的成效。供应链企业间的知识流在一般条件下自然流动,很大程度上会有"搭便车"等行为,需要一定的约束机制。所以,研究供应链企业间知识共享的影响因素,建构合理的知识共享机制,采用科学的管理方式,促进知识共享工作的有效开展,从而提高企业的智力资本,是本文研究的重点和目标。基于以上,在广泛参阅国内外关于供应链知识共享及智力资本的研究动态的基础上,深入开展供应链企业访谈调研,获取翔实的样本数据,以智力资本为目标导向,重新审视供应链企业间知识共享机理,.提出知识共享与智力资本之间的关系假设,构建理论模型及各因素变量的维度和测项,通过预测试信度分析,进行相关量表开发,完善问卷调查表;问卷调查以国内物流装备产业供应链企业为对象,获得较为全面和完整的截面数据,通过探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析确定模型变量的效度,分别进行主效应、中介效应和调节效应的结构方程模型分析,对理论模型中变量路径关系进行检验,得出供应链企业间知识共享作用于智力资本的主效应、中介效应和调节效应机制;在静态机制研究的.基础上,构建了供应链知识共享主体、共享意愿和智力资本的协同演化系统,分析系统的自组织特性及协同演化机理,说明系统满足通过协同理论分析演进规律和特点的条件,然后借鉴复杂系统理论的经典"B-Z"反应分析模型,构建了系统的演化方程组,并借助Matlab仿真分析软件,从不同假设条件下得出共享主体、共享意愿与智力资本的演化轨迹,经过综合分析,得出供应链企业间知识共享作用于智力资本协同演化动态机制。本文将理性行为理论、社会影响理论及自组织协同学理论有机结合,重新梳理供应链企业间的知识共享影响因素与智力资本的逻辑关系,以及知识共享主体、共享意愿和智力资本的协同关系;通过定性与定量相结合,静态机制与动态机制研究相结合,进一步挖掘促进共享效果的内在机理,提炼出利于智力资本提升的主要机制,创新成果主要如下:(1)将知识共享与智力资本两个研究领域结合,构建了供应链企业间知识共享作用于智力资本的关系模型,以及供应链知识共享作用于智力资本的结构方程模型。(2)构建了供应链知识共享主体、共享意愿和智力资本的自组织协同模型,通过对演化方程的仿真,分析了供应链知识共享作用于智力资本的动态机制。(3)将经典的"B-Z"三维分析模型推广到供应链知识共享研究领域,为探讨供应链企业间知识共享对智力资本的作用机制研究提供了新的思路。上述研究过程及结论成果,对于进一步阐明供应链企业间知识共享对智力资本的影响和作用机理,拓展知识管理方法,丰富供应链管理内涵,均具有积极的学术意义和实践意义。

According to the characteristics of supply chain organization model, give full play to the advantages of the organization, enhance the increment of intellectual capital through knowledge sharing, this paper attempts to conduct in-depth exploration and Study on the mechanism of the connotation of supply chain is a chain network structure, the existence of logistics, between enterprises capital flow, information flow and knowledge flow among enterprises in supply chain. The low level of cooperation in favor of logistics, and the high level of cooperation will focus on the smooth flow of knowledge flow, knowledge flow, knowledge transfer and sharing, improve enterprise cooperation performance. Therefore, the influencing factors of knowledge sharing of supply chain between enterprises, to construct a reasonable knowledge sharing mechanism and adopt scientific management methods, to promote the knowledge sharing, so as to improve the enterprise's intellectual capital, is the focus and objectives of this paper. On the basis of building a supply chain of main body of knowledge sharing, sharing willingness and co evolution system of intellectual capital, self organization characteristics and evolution mechanism analysis system, explains the system satisfied by the synergy theory analysis of the evolution of the rules and characteristics of the condition, then by using the complex the system theory of the classic "B-Z" response analysis model, build the evolution equations of the system, and using the Matlab simulation software, the sharing subject from different assumptions, evolution and willingness to share intellectual capital trajectory, through comprehensive analysis, the supply chain knowledge sharing among enterprises in intellectual capital co evolution dynamic mechanism. In this paper, the theory of rational behavior, social influence theory and self organization theory of synergetics organically, re combing knowledge sharing among the supply chain enterprises and influencing factors The logical relationship of intellectual capital, and knowledge sharing subject, sharing synergy between intention and intellectual capital; through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, static mechanism and dynamic mechanism of the combination, to further tap the intrinsic mechanism of promoting sharing effect, refines the main mechanism of intellectual capital to enhance the innovation, the main achievements are as follows: (1) the knowledge sharing is combined with the two research fields of intellectual capital, build a model of knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises in intellectual capital, and structural equation of supply chain knowledge sharing effect on intellectual capital model. (2) constructed the main supply chain knowledge sharing, sharing willingness and self organization coordination model of intellectual capital. Through the simulation of evolution equation, the dynamic mechanism of supply chain knowledge sharing in intellectual capital. (3) the classic "B-Z" model is extended to three-dimensional analysis of supply chain knowledge The sharing of research field, to explore the knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain mechanism of intellectual capital to provide a new way of thinking.
