【摘要】:随着社会的发展,现代社会对于人综合素质的要求越来越高,强调个体全方位的发展。小学阶段是教育生涯的启始阶段,是个体认知、情感、价值观发展的重要时期,将为整个人生打下坚实的基础。与此同时,这一时期对于小学生道德的养成、品行的塑造、综合能力的发展均起着至关重要的作用。中队主题活动作为学校道德教育和少先队组织活动的重要形式,对学生思想品格的发展起到重要的作用。因此,研究中队主题活动实施的效果,对于学校德育以及提升少先队活动育人效果,具有重要的现实意义。本研究围绕中国少先队组织活动育人这一主线展开,主要采用了调查研究的方法。追溯了少先队组织演变进程中不同的历史使命,以1924年安源儿童团的成立为起点,结合少先队组织不同历史阶段,所发挥的不同社会历史功能,将其划分为了"萌芽期"、"建立和发展期"、"变革和完善期"三个时期,每个时期均围绕着"组织目标"和"主要任务"两个维度对其发展脉络进行梳理,为少先队组织当下所承担的历史使命进行了铺垫。与此同时,随着新时代的到来,少先队教育更是面临着"内外夹攻"的双重挑战。就外部而言,西方思潮的涌入,使得当代少年儿童价值取向呈现多元化,导致精神信仰的缺失。除此之外,当代教育改革在让学校教育变得不断完善的同时,也使得少先队教育原有优势黯然失色,这都成为了新时代少先队组织育人所面临的难题;少先队组织内部也逐渐呈现出潜在的危机,少先队活动在开展的过程中存在着种种的不足,这也给少先队教育设置了一定的阻碍。本研究以上海市A小学为调查对象,旨在通过前后两次的问卷调查,其间时间跨度为一年,调查实验中队队员在志愿服务方面前后是否发生了变化。笔者从队员对志愿服务所持有的态度、动机及个体基本情况,三个维度加以考察分析,通过数据统计,评估检测队员们在经过一个阶段志愿服务主题活动后,其自身在志愿服务方面是否发生了变化及取得的效果如何。为了促进中队主题活动更好地开展,笔者结合实践反思,给出了三方面的建议:第一,组织和策划中队主题活动的前提,是要有一个明确的活动主题,并基于此主题设计一系列的相关活动,第二,组织和策划中队主题活动的关键,要创新活动形式,在活动体验中,实现自我教育;第三,组织和策划中队主题活动的目标,是要推动中队集体建设,加速中队集体目标的有效达成,形成中队独特的育人模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the modern society demands more and more people's comprehensive quality, emphasizing the all-round development of individual. Primary school stage is the beginning stage of educational career, is individual cognition and emotion. The important period of the development of values will lay a solid foundation for the whole life. The development of comprehensive ability plays an important role. As an important form of school moral education and Young Pioneers' organization activities, the theme activities of the team play an important role in the development of students' ideological character. The research on the effect of the implementation of the theme activities of the Chinese Young Pioneers is of great practical significance for the moral education in schools and the promotion of the educational effects of the Young Pioneers. This study revolves around the main line of organizing the activities of the Young Pioneers in China. This paper mainly adopts the method of investigation and research. It traces the different historical missions in the evolution process of the Young Pioneers, starting with the establishment of the Anyuan Children's Regiment in 1924, and combining the different historical stages of the Young Pioneers Organization. Different social and historical functions are divided into three periods: "budding period", "establishment and development period" and "reform and perfection period". Each period around the "organizational goals" and "main tasks" two dimensions of its development to sort out the context for the Young Pioneers organization to undertake the current historical mission. At the same time. With the arrival of the new era, the Young Pioneers' education is faced with the double challenge of "internal and external attack". Externally, the influx of western trends of thought makes the value orientation of contemporary children present diversity. In addition, contemporary education reform not only makes the school education become more and more perfect, but also makes the education of the Young Pioneers overshadowed. This has become the new era Young Pioneers organization facing the problem of educating people; The Young Pioneers organization also gradually presents a potential crisis, the Young Pioneers activities in the process of development there are a variety of deficiencies. This also set up some obstacles to the education of Young Pioneers. This study takes Shanghai A Primary School as the research object, and aims to pass the questionnaire survey twice before and after, and the time span is one year. Investigation team members in volunteer service before and after the change. The author from the players' attitude to voluntary service, motivation and individual basic situation, three dimensions of investigation and analysis, through data statistics. To evaluate whether the team members have changed in volunteerism after a period of volunteer service activities and what effect they have achieved. In order to promote the development of the team theme activities better. Combined with practical reflection, the author gives three suggestions: first, the premise of organizing and planning team theme activities is to have a clear theme, and based on this theme to design a series of related activities, second. The key to organizing and planning the team theme activities is to innovate the form of activities and to realize self-education in the experience of the activities. Third, the goal of organizing and planning the activities of the central team is to promote the collective construction of the team, accelerate the effective achievement of the collective goal of the team, and form a unique mode of educating people in the team.
