【摘要】:情境危机沟通理论是依据不同的危机类型和危机情境,为组织制定不同的危机应对和沟通策略的理论。作为一套较为完整的理论系统,情境危机沟通理论能够为危机公关的展开提供运行模型和具体策略。通过相关的研究和论证,情境危机沟通理论在非公共领域的有效性已经得到了证实,但在公共领域的适用性仍有待研究。在当危机涉及到政府时,主体的多元化和更为复杂的危机情境,会让政府危机公关的开展更有难度。社会转型期的阵痛会给社会带来不稳定因素,公共领域危机发生的频率持续提升。涉及公共领域的危机频发要求政府必须有一套较为健全的危机公关策略和机制,来应对可能发生和已经发生的危机,并通过危机公关活动减少危机对政府形象带来的伤害。本文运用案例分析法和文献法,选取"11·24"丰城发电厂倒塌事故和"7·19"邢台洪灾为案例,探求情境危机沟通理论在政府危机公关实践中的可行性,寻找出在实践中存在的问题,探索问题发生的原因并寻找出解决方案,使得情境危机沟通理论得以更好的指导政府危机公关的实践。本文在第一章绪论部分部分首先对情境危机沟通理论、危机公关等国内外相关研究进行了较为细致的梳理,并对相关的核心概念进行了界定。在第二章中,本文将对情境沟通理论的理论基础、发展历史以及详细内容进行介绍,并探讨情境危机沟通理论对政府进行危机公关所带来的启示。第三章中,本文选取了两个较为有代表性的案例,通过案例验证情境危机沟通理论运用于政府危机公关的可能性,提出认为在情境危机沟通理论的实际运用过程中存在危机主体多元化、危机情境复杂化、缺乏对媒体的重视以及情感因素缺少四大问题,探究了问题产生的原因。最后一章中,本文将情境危机沟通理论在政府危机公关实践中所出现的四个方面的问题,寻找出优化和解决的路径,让情境危机沟通理论能够更好的为政府危机公关提供更多帮助。
[Abstract]:The theory of situational crisis communication is based on different crisis types and crisis situations, and makes different crisis response and communication strategies for the organization. It is a relatively complete theoretical system. The theory of situational crisis communication can provide the operational model and specific strategy for the development of crisis public relations. Through relevant research and demonstration, the validity of situational crisis communication theory in non-public domain has been proved. However, the applicability of the public domain is still to be studied. When the crisis involves the government, the diversification of the subject and the more complex crisis situation. It will make it more difficult for the government to carry out crisis public relations. The labor pain in the social transition period will bring the unstable factors to the society. The frequency of public domain crisis continues to increase. The frequent occurrence of crisis involving the public domain requires the government to have a set of relatively sound crisis public relations strategy and mechanism to deal with the possible and existing crises. And through the crisis of public relations activities to reduce the crisis on the image of the government harm. This paper selects "11 路24" Fengcheng Power Plant collapse accident and "7.19" Xingtai Flood disaster as cases to explore the feasibility of situational crisis communication theory in the practice of government crisis public relations. Find out the problems in practice, explore the causes of the problems and find solutions. The theory of situational crisis communication can better guide the practice of government crisis public relations. In the first chapter, the introduction part of the first part of the context of crisis communication theory. Crisis public relations and other related studies at home and abroad have been carefully combed, and related core concepts have been defined. In the second chapter, the theoretical basis of situational communication theory will be discussed in this paper. The development history and detailed content of the introduction, and explore the situation of crisis communication theory to the government crisis public relations. Chapter three, this paper selected two more representative cases. Through the case study on the possibility of applying situational crisis communication theory to the government crisis public relations, the author puts forward that the crisis subject is diversified and the crisis situation is complicated in the practical application of situational crisis communication theory. Lack of attention to the media and emotional factors lack of four major issues, explore the causes of the problem. The last chapter. In this paper, the situation of crisis communication theory in the practice of government crisis public relations in the four aspects of the problems, to find out the optimization and solution of the path. The theory of situational crisis communication can provide more help for government crisis public relations.
