【摘要】：“家”常常被认为是温馨、幸福的指代,也常被称作人们心中的避风港。俗话说“家和则万事兴”,这充分说明了一个充满和谐爱意的美好家庭不仅能让每一位家庭成员感到快乐和满足,更重要的现实意义是,这对于子女的成长和家庭的完整有着极度的重要性。作为初级社会群体,家庭的和谐则是建设和谐社会的重要组成部分。《礼记·大学》有云:“身修而后家齐,家齐而后国治,国治而后天下平”,家庭是社会的一面镜子,更是一个国家的缩影。2015年2月17日,中共中央、国务院在人民大会堂举行2015年春节团拜会,习近平总书记在讲话中说道:“不论时代发生多大变化,不论生活格局发生多大变化,我们都要重视家庭建设、注重家庭、注重家教、注重家风”;(1)并在会见第一届全国文明家庭代表时曾再次强调:“天下之本在家”,家庭是国家发展、民族进步、社会和谐的重要基点,无论过去、现在还是将来,家庭的社会功能和文明作用都不可替代。(2)但家庭暴力则直接破坏了家庭和谐,对家庭成员的身心健康产生严重威胁,当受暴者在忍无可忍时,或许会做出“以暴制暴”的行为,严重的甚至触犯法律,危害社会和谐稳定。2016年3月1日我国首部《反家暴法》将‘家庭暴力’的概念进行了界定:“家庭暴力,是指家庭成员之间以殴打、捆绑、残害、限制人身自由以及经常性谩骂、恐吓等方式实施的身体、精神等侵害行为”。(3)至此,传统观念认为的家庭暴力是‘家事’、‘私事’,且不应受其他人“指手画脚”的时代一去不复返了。我们不仅应该对遭受家庭暴力的弱势群体给予关注,更要将其家庭纳入分析、治疗;对不良的家庭结构和系统进行重新排列和建构,同时改善家庭的沟通关系,共同维护家庭的和谐稳定。本文通过对深圳W社区中一个家庭暴力案例的介入,通过社会工作者介入个案参与和观察所得的资料,进行系统化的分析,以家庭社会工作理论为基础,采用个案工作方法、无结构访谈法和参与观察法等方式,分析案主家庭情况,制定需求目标和介入计划,并对辅导过程和总目标进行评估、结案。帮助案主及其家庭成员认识到和谐的家庭的重要性。并且帮助施暴者重新认识家庭暴力,纠正自己的错误行为,提升其家庭责任感。
[Abstract]:"Home" is often regarded as a warm, happy reference, also often called the people's heart of shelter. As the saying goes, "home and everything is happy." This fully shows that a beautiful family full of harmony and love can not only make every member of the family feel happy and satisfied, but also the more important practical significance is. This is of great importance for the growth of children and the integrity of the family, as a primary social group. Family harmony is an important part of building a harmonious society. In his speech, General Secretary Xi Jinping said: "No matter how much changes have taken place in the times and in the pattern of life, we should attach importance to family construction, to family, to family education and to family style." During the meeting with representatives of the first civilized families throughout the country, he once again stressed that "the world is based at home." the family is an important basis for national development, national progress, and social harmony, both in the past, in the present and in the future. The social function and civilized function of the family are irreplaceable) but domestic violence directly destroys the harmony of the family and poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of the family members. It may act as a "riot control", serious or even in violation of the law. In March 1st 2016, the first "Anti-domestic violence Law" defined the concept of "domestic violence": "domestic violence, refers to family members by beating, binding, maiming." Restrictions on personal freedom, as well as physical, mental and other violations by means of constant abuse, intimidation and other forms of abuse ".) at this point, the traditional concept of domestic violence is' family affairs, 'private matters. We should not only pay attention to the vulnerable groups who are victims of domestic violence, but also include their families in the analysis and treatment. This paper rearranges and constructs the bad family structure and system, improves the family communication relationship, and maintains the harmony and stability of the family together. This paper introduces a case of domestic violence in the W community of Shenzhen. Through the social workers involved in the case participation and observation of the data, systematic analysis, based on the theory of family social work, the use of case work methods, unstructured interviews and participation observation methods. Analyze the situation of the victim's family, formulate the needs goal and intervention plan, and evaluate the counseling process and the overall goal. Help the perpetrator and his family members to realize the importance of a harmonious family, and help the perpetrator to re-recognize domestic violence, correct his own wrong behavior, and promote his family responsibility.
