网络文化与我国意识形态安全研究

【摘要】：随着网络信息技术的飞速发展以及快速普及,特别是新媒体移动工具手机的广泛应用,人类进入了一个全新的领域。互联网正在以人们难以想象的方式深刻而广泛地影响着人类的生产和生活。与传统的文化传播方式不同,网络传播具有匿名性、广泛性、多样性、自由性、交互性和开放性等诸多特点。面对西方各种文化借助网络纷至沓来以及国内各种文化思潮在网络上不断涌现,我们应该如何看待网络文化与意识形态的关系?在新的时代究竟网络文化对我国意识形态安全有什么影响?——有哪些是给我们带来的机遇?我们又面临哪些挑战?面对挑战我们又应该如何维护和巩固国家意识形态的安全?这构成了本文研究的主要课题。本文立足于马克思、恩格斯和列宁等经典作家对意识形态的论述,结合传播学、政治学的基本理论,并在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,以辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义为指导,运用文献研究法、比较研究法和等,紧紧围绕网络文化与意识形态的关系是什么?网络文化对我国意识形态安全的影响有哪些?面对负面影响,我们应该如何维护和巩固国家意识形态的安全等问题展开了探索,最终完成关于“网络文化与我国意识形态安全”的研究。除去引言和结论之外,全文由三个部分组成。第一部分,系统地阐明了网络文化与意识形态的关系。文章在该部分首先揭示了网络文化的基本内涵与意识形态的科学内涵。其次,从网络文化对意识形态具有能动的反作用和意识形态对网络文化具有引导与控制的作用等方面系统地阐释了二者的相互联系。最后,从网络文化与意识形态的统一与网络文化与意识形态的渗透等方面阐释了二者的相互贯通。第二部分,系统地阐明了网络文化对我国意识形态安全的影响。一方面文章从拓宽覆盖范围和丰富信息资源以及创新传播方式等三方面揭示了网络文化发展为我国意识形态安全建设带来的机遇;另一面又着重分析了网络文化视域下我国意识形态安全面临的挑战,即网络文化自身特征对我国意识形态安全的负面影响;国际网络信息霸权对我国意识形态安全的严重威胁;西方网络文化思潮对我国意识形态安全的不断挑战;国内多元网络文化思潮对我国意识形态安全的严重冲击。第三部分,系统地阐明了网络文化背景下巩固我国意识形态安全的路径选择。在该部分文章主要从以下五个方面进行了阐释:一是指出应该着重在“富强”、“民主”、“文明”、“和谐”和“生态”上下功夫,不断深入实践,扩大主流意识形态的认同基础。二是指出要想推进理论创新,提升网络主流意识形态的说服力,理论工作者应该不忘初心,认真研读马克思主义著作;坚持主导,正确处理马克思主义与多元文化的关系;与时俱进,积极推进主流意识形态的理论创新。三是指出要想创新传播方式,增强网络主流意识形态的吸引力必须加快建设宣传马克思主义意识形态的网站;积极搭建畅通民声民意的网络公众平台;同时,还要充分发挥手机新媒体在宣传马克思主义中的作用和创新主流意识形态的传播方式。四是指出应该着重从立法监管、技术监管和制度监管等方面加强法制建设,完善网络主流意识形态的管理。五是指出应该从构建对外话语体系、打造与国际接轨的网站和扩大国际合作的空间和领域等方面提升国际话语权,扩大网络主流意识形态的影响力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network information technology and the rapid popularization, especially the wide application of new media tools mobile mobile phone, the human race has entered a new field. The Internet is in unimaginable ways profoundly affect the human life and production. Different from the traditional way of cultural communication, network communication with the anonymous nature, universality, diversity, freedom, many of the characteristics of interactivity and openness. In the face of Western cultures have emerged continuously in the network through the network at home and come in a throng of various cultural thoughts, we should how to treat the relationship between network culture and ideology in the new era? What network culture to our country ideology security has what effect? - what brings us opportunities? What are the challenges we face the challenge? Based on the discussion of Engels and Marx, Lenin and other classical writers of ideology, combined with the basic theory of communication science, political science, and on the basis of previous research, with dialectical materialism and historical materialism, using literature research method, comparative study method and so on, what is closely around the relationship between network culture and ideology? What are the effects of network culture on the ideological security of China? In the face of negative effects, we should be safe problems such as solid state ideology begins to explore how to maintain and consolidate, finally completed the research on "network culture and ideological security of China". Apart from the introduction and conclusion, this thesis consists of three parts. The first part, systematically expounded the relationship between network culture and ideology in the article. The first part reveals the scientific connotation of the ideology and the basic connotation of network culture. Secondly, interrelated with guidance and control aspects of effects systematically explains two of network culture from the network culture has the activity of ideological reaction and ideology. The second part systematically explains the influence of network culture on the ideological security of China. The third part systematically explains the path choice of consolidating the ideological security of China network culture background in this part of the article mainly from the following five aspects: one is the interpretation that should be emphasized in "prosperity", "democracy", "civilization", "harmonious" and "ecological" efforts, in-depth practice, expand the identity based mainstream ideology. The two is that in order to promote theoretical innovation to enhance the network, the mainstream ideology of persuasion, should not forget the early heart, careful reading of Marx's works; insist on leading, correct processing of Marx The relationship between Marxism and multiculturalism; keep pace with the times, actively promote the theoretical innovation of the mainstream ideology. The three is that in order to spread innovative ways to enhance the attractiveness of the mainstream ideology of network we must speed up the construction of Marx ideology propaganda website; actively build a smooth network platform to the public voice of public opinion; at the same time, we should also give full play to the new mobile phone media Marx in the view of function and innovation of the mainstream ideology dissemination way.
