【摘要】：中国政党协商民主是中国共产党与各民主党派在长期团结合作过程中形成的,是社会主义协商民主的重要渠道和形式,是协商民主在中国特色政党制度中的运用和体现。在梳理政党协商民主发展历程基础上,总结优秀经验,继承优良传统,推进社会主义协商民主在新形势下进一步发挥积极作用,这对于民主政治的深化发展具有重大而深远的意义。论文运用规范研究法对中国政党协商民主的历程与经验进行具体分析、逻辑论证;运用系统分析方法研究中国政党协商民主与社会主义民主政治、社会主义协商民主之间的紧密联系以及其各构成要素之间的联系;运用历史与逻辑相结合的方法对中国政党协商民主的历史进程进行了回顾与梳理,从而体现中国政党协商民主的形成和发展是历史与逻辑的统一。论文首先对中国政党协商民主的相关理论研究成果进行了梳理,并以此为基础来构建中国政党协商民主的历程与经验研究的框架结构。论文分四个部分对中国政党协商民主的历程与经验展开论述:第一部分:绪论。本部分主要介绍本文选题背景及意义、研究现状综述、研究思路与方法、框架结构与创新之处等内容。第二部分:中国政党协商民主的科学内涵。本部分先对社会主义协商民主进行概念界定,分别从其概念提出、本质属性及其与政党协商民主的关系这三方面展开论述。之后,从经典马克思主义和中国化马克思主义两个角度阐释了中国政党协商民主的理论基础。最后,从概念界定、主要特征入手详述了中国政党协商民主的主要内涵。第三部分:中国政党协商民主的历史进程。本部分梳理了中国政党协商民主的形成发展历史进程,把中国政党协商民主的历史进程划分为形成、发展和完善三个阶段,以此来理清政党协商民主在中国的形成和发展脉络。第四部分:中国政党协商民主的基本经验与启示。本部分是在考察中国政党协商民主的历史进程基础上,进一步归纳出其基本经验与启示:坚持共产党的领导;以增进党内协商民主推动政党协商民主发展;共产党协助民主党派提升协商能力;推进政党协商民主制度化规范化程序化建设。本文对中国政党协商民主的历程与经验进行了系统研究,在理论观点、研究视角、文献资料使用等方面均有所创新。中国政党协商民主是中国共产党与各民主党派在长期团结合作过程中形成的,具有长期而丰富的实践,但与此相比,其理论成果尚显薄弱。鉴于此,本文在借鉴其他学者观点的基础上,对中国政党协商民主的基本经验与启示等方面的观点进行了丰富与拓展,如提出以增进党内协商民主推动政党协商民主发展、共产党协助民主党派提升协商能力的观点。同时,本文在文献资料使用中,除了使用马克思主义经典著作、中国共产党经典文献及人民政协文献等相关资料外,还综合借鉴和运用了政治学、党史学、社会学等多学科方法,并规范运用了国外相关学术著作和译著。
