云南少先队辅导员专业发展的社会支持系统研究

【摘要】：少先队辅导员是全国少工委号召培养少年儿童的结果,是我国普通中小学教师管理的重要构成部分,在学生思想政治教育和学校品德教育工作中占有举足轻重的地位,是学校立德树人的中坚力量。少先队辅导员专业发展问题从理论到实践都未得到应有的重视,基于社会支持系统在众多领域的应用,本研究对少先队辅导员进行深度访谈和观察,综合把握少先队辅导员时代发展情况和问题,最终提出解决措施。这一次的研究不是终结,而是对少先队辅导员专业发展探索的新开始。本研究可以概括为五个部分。第一章是绪论,分别对本文研究的选题缘由、研究意义、研究设计等进行阐述,大致了解本人研究的主题;第二章是少先队辅导员基本理论的研究,主要包括对本文主题的文献综述、对教师专业发展、少先队辅导员专业发展等核心概念界定以及对社会支持系统的分析框架,初步掌握本文研究内容后进行简要的分析,对少先队辅导员专业发展有了一个初步的认识;第三章是对少先队辅导员专业发展的近况研究,这一章通过对少先队辅导员的深度访谈可以领会到少先队辅导员在专业素养、知识、技能三个方面的现状,并总结出其在整个专业生长过程中存在的困惑;第四章是对少先队辅导员现状问题进行原因分析,在原因的解释上结合社会支持系统外部客观因素(政府、学校、家庭)和内部主观因素分别从不同的角度去阐述总结归纳;第五章主要是对少先队辅导员在社会支持系统研究体系中,根据少先队辅导员的特殊性,从社会支持系统的两大部分对其专业发展指出宏观和微观的优化途径,从外部上是政府机构、学校、家庭等对少先队辅导员专业发展提供优质环境,对于个体来说,主要是对自身角色的一个清晰认识、增强职业岗位的认同度。通过内外部的结合为问题的解决提供一定程度上的参考。少先队辅导员专业发展水平的提高,鞭策少先队辅导员的专业队伍发展,一方面可以满足少先队辅导员对于自身内部的需求,提升个人教学境界,另一方面更是拓展教育优质发展的新道路。理想是丰满的,现实是骨感的,少先队辅导员的专业发展处于一种初步探索阶段,有着大量问题需要稳扎稳打地去解决,寻找一竿见影的措施是不可能的。因此,在改善少先队辅导员专业发展的路径中需要不断努力,并在这个过程中不断适应时代前进的步伐。
[Abstract]:The Young Pioneers counselors are the result of the call of the National Youth work Committee for the training of young children, and an important part of the management of teachers in ordinary primary and secondary schools in our country. They play an important role in the ideological and political education of students and the moral education in schools. It is the backbone of the school. The professional development of Young Pioneers counselors has not received due attention from theory and practice. Based on the application of social support system in many fields, this study conducted in-depth interviews and observations on Young Pioneers counselors. Comprehensively grasp the development of Young Pioneer counselors and problems, and finally put forward solutions. This time the study is not the end, but the Young Pioneers counselors professional development exploration of a new start. This research can be summarized into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the reason, significance and design of the research, and gives a general understanding of the theme of my research. The second chapter is the study of the basic theory of the Young Pioneers counselors. It mainly includes the literature review on the subject of this paper, the definition of the core concepts such as teacher professional development, the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, and the analysis framework of social support system. We have a preliminary understanding of the professional development of the Young Pioneer counselors. Chapter three is a study of the recent situation of the Young Pioneer counselors' professional development. This chapter can understand the Young Pioneers counselors' professional accomplishment through in-depth interviews with the Young Pioneer counselors. Knowledge, skills in three aspects of the status quo, and summed up its professional growth in the whole process of confusion; the fourth chapter is to analyze the reasons for the current situation of Young Pioneers counselors, Combined with external objective factors of social support system (government, school, family) and internal subjective factors respectively from different angles to summarize; The fifth chapter mainly points out the macro and micro optimization ways of the professional development of the Young Pioneers' counselors in the social support system, according to the particularity of the Young Pioneers' counselors, from the two major parts of the social support system. From the external government institutions, schools, families and so on to provide a high-quality environment for the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, for individuals, it is mainly a clear understanding of their role, enhance the degree of recognition of professional posts. Through the combination of internal and external to provide a certain degree of reference for the solution of the problem. The improvement of the professional development level of the Young Pioneers counselors and the promotion of the professional team development of the Young Pioneers counselors can, on the one hand, meet the needs of the Young Pioneers counselors for their own internal needs and enhance the personal teaching realm. On the other hand, it is a new way to expand the quality development of education. Ideal is plump, reality is bony, the professional development of Young Pioneers counselors is in a preliminary exploration stage, there are a lot of problems need to be solved steadily, it is impossible to find a measure to see the shadow. Therefore, in improving the path of professional development of Young Pioneers counselors, we need to make continuous efforts and adapt to the pace of the times in this process.
