中国共产党的创新发展理念研究

【摘要】：创新发展理念是党的十八届五中全会提出的“五大发展理念”之一,是我们党的一个重要理论创新,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且对于我国全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有较强的现实意义。本文主要从五个方面进行了研究:第一章主要论述了文章研究的理论意义和实践意义,并对国内外相关研究进行了综述;第二章研究了中国共产党的创新发展理念的确立和内涵。我们党一直非常注重创新发展,在党的十八届五中全会上明确提出创新发展理念,其主要内容包括理论创新、制度创新、科技创新、文化创新;第三章研究了创新发展理念的地位和作用。创新发展理念的地位主要体现在:创新是引领发展的第一动力、创新发展居于国家发展全局的核心位置、创新是时代精神的一个核心内容等三个方面。创新发展理念在中国特色社会主义建设过程中具有解放和发展生产力、建设创新型强国、推动“大众创业,万众创新”等方面的重要作用;第四章重点阐述创新发展理念的重要意义,主要体现在:有利于促进全面建成小康社会,有利于建设创新型国家,丰富和发展了时代精神;第五章主要从深化对创新理念科学性和重要性的认识;加强教育,实施创新人才战略;加强制度安排,提供创新保障等方面探讨了创新发展理念的实现路径。
[Abstract]:The idea of innovation and development is one of the "five development ideas" put forward by the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. It is an important theoretical innovation of our party. It is not only of great theoretical significance, but also of great significance to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, has strong practical significance. This paper mainly from five aspects of the study: the first chapter mainly discusses the theoretical and practical significance of the article, and domestic and foreign related studies were summarized; The second chapter studies the establishment and connotation of the CPC's idea of innovation and development. Our party has always attached great importance to innovation and development, at the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party clearly put forward the concept of innovative development, its main content includes theoretical innovation, system innovation, scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation; The third chapter studies the position and function of the idea of innovation and development. The position of the concept of innovation development is mainly reflected in three aspects: innovation is the first motive force to lead development, innovation development occupies the core position of the overall situation of national development, and innovation is a core content of the spirit of the times. The idea of innovation and development plays an important role in liberating and developing productive forces, building innovative and powerful country, and promoting "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation" in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The fourth chapter focuses on the importance of innovative development concept, mainly reflected in: conducive to promoting the overall construction of a well-off society, conducive to the construction of an innovative country, enriched and developed the spirit of the times; The fifth chapter mainly discusses the way to realize the idea of innovation from the following aspects: deepening the understanding of the scientific nature and importance of the idea of innovation, strengthening education, implementing the strategy of innovative talents, strengthening the system arrangement, providing the guarantee of innovation, etc.
