网络舆情对党的思想建设的影响及对策研究

【摘要】：互联网的快速发展已成为人们生活各个领域中不可或缺的一部分,也已经成为各阶层情感宣泄、利益表达的重要舆情渠道,这就使得网络上错综复杂的思想愈发活跃。网络已然已经成为舆情传播的“制高点”,我们必须高度重视并且落实到党的思想建设实际工作中去,切实做好网上舆论引导工作,把握正确的网络舆论导向,制造良好的网络舆情环境。第一章在分析相关概念基础之上,从社会存在与社会意识哲学理论出发,探讨了网络舆情与党的思想建设之间相互促进、相互制约的关系,两者统一于社会主义现代化建设的实践中。第二章从三个方面分析了网络舆情为党的思想建设带来的机遇。同时,从三个方面分析了网络舆情为党的思想建设带来的挑战,不良网络舆情弱化了党的思想基础的认同、党的思想建设主动适应性弱、网络推手削弱党的思想传播效力。第三章探析了上述挑战之下完善网络舆情下促进党的思想建措施。要加强党的思想建设必须巩固马克思主义思想在意识形态领域的指导地位,牢牢掌握党的思想建设工作话语权,构建指导思想一元领导多元的格局,提升对于网络舆情研判、应对和引导能力;强化理论领导发挥理论先导作用,利用网络舆情来促进马克思主义研究的时代化、中国化、大众化,加强党的思想建设工作队伍的建设;构建网络舆情引导机制,建立健全网络舆情监控、应急、安全监管以及宣传教育机制。网络舆情与党的思想建设研究从一个新的视角出发,分析两者之间关系为解决网络舆情下党的思想建设对策提出新途径。为实现在实践的过程中统一思想,形成思想共识、凝心聚力,为实现社会主义中国梦提供思想保证和方向引导。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the Internet has become an indispensable part of all fields of people's life, and has become an important channel of public opinion for the emotional catharsis and the expression of interests of all strata, which makes the complex thoughts on the network become more and more active. The network has already become the "commanding point" of the dissemination of public opinion. We must attach great importance to and put it into practice in the Party's ideological construction, do a good job of guiding public opinion on the Internet, and grasp the correct network public opinion orientation. Create a good network public opinion environment. In the first chapter, based on the analysis of related concepts and the theory of social existence and social consciousness philosophy, the relationship between network public opinion and the Party's ideological construction is discussed, which promotes and restricts each other. Both are unified in the practice of socialist modernization. The second chapter analyzes the opportunity that network public opinion brings to the Party's ideological construction from three aspects. At the same time, the paper analyzes the challenges that network public opinion brings to the Party's ideological construction from three aspects. The bad network public opinion weakens the identity of the Party's ideological foundation, the active adaptability of the Party's ideological construction is weak, and the network push hand weakens the Party's ideological dissemination effect. The third chapter analyzes the above-mentioned challenges under the network public opinion to promote the party's ideological measures. To strengthen the Party's ideological construction, it is necessary to consolidate the guiding position of Marxist thought in the ideological field, firmly grasp the party's right to speak in the ideological construction work, construct a pluralistic pattern of univariate leadership of the guiding ideology, and promote the study of network public opinion. Strengthen the theoretical leadership to play a leading role in theory, use network public opinion to promote the Marxism research of the times, China, popular, strengthen the party's ideological construction team construction; Construct the network public opinion guidance mechanism, establish and perfect the network public opinion monitoring, emergency, safety supervision and propaganda and education mechanism. From a new angle of view, the research on network public opinion and the Party's ideological construction puts forward a new way to solve the Party's ideological construction countermeasures under the network public opinion by analyzing the relationship between the two. In order to realize the unity of thought in the process of practice, to form a consensus of thought, to concentrate on cohesion, and to provide ideological guarantee and direction guidance for the realization of socialist Chinese Dream.
