习近平公平观研究

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央秉承中国共产党追求社会公平的一贯主张,从当代中国社会发展的特征出发,将追求社会公平提升到了中国特色社会主义的内在要求的高度。习近平履新以来,多次在不同的场合从不同的维度、不同的层面阐述了其公平观,明确当代中国社会公平的价值定位和价值取向,建立健全社会公平保障体系,以“四个全面”战略布局为依托,明确实现社会公平的具体思路,将中国共产党对实现社会公平的理论研究和实践探索推向了一个新的阶段。本文从习近平公平观的理论来源出发,对大量文献进行梳理,在深入分析习近平公平观主要内容的基础上,对习近平公平观展开研究,总结出习近平公平观的理论意义和实践价值。第一部分主要分析、概括和总结当前学界对公平问题的研究现状,为本论题的研究提供依据。第二部分主要论述习近平公平观的理论来源。以马克思、恩格斯的公平思想、中国传统文化中的公平思想、西方的公平思想、毛泽东的公平思想以及改革开放以来中国共产党历代领导人的公平思想为起点,梳理出习近平公平观的理论来源。第三部分阐述习近平公平观的主要内容。确立了当代中国社会公平的价值标尺;规定了社会公平保障体系的主要内容;落实“四个全面”战略布局,指明实现社会公平的基本途径。第四部分总结出习近平公平观的理论意义和实践价值。理论意义:习近平公平观不仅是对马克思主义公平思想的继承发展,同时也充实与深化了中国共产党的公平观。实践价值:习近平公平观有利于改善民生,维护社会稳定;有利于防腐拒变,巩固党的执政基础;有利于凝聚人心,实现“中国梦”。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as the core, has adhered to the consistent position of the CPC in pursuing social justice, proceeding from the characteristics of contemporary Chinese social development. The pursuit of social equity has been promoted to the height of the inherent requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since he took office, Xi Jinping has expounded his view of equity from different dimensions and different levels on many occasions, made clear the value orientation and value orientation of social equity in contemporary China, and established and perfected the social equity guarantee system. Based on the "four all-round" strategic layout, the concrete idea of realizing social equity is clear, which pushes the theoretical research and practical exploration of the realization of social equity to a new stage by the Communist Party of China. Starting from the theoretical source of Xi Jinping's view of equity, this paper combs a large number of documents and, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the main contents of Xi Jinping's view of equity, makes a study of Xi Jinping's view of equity. Summed up the theoretical significance and practical value of Xi Jinping's fair view. The first part mainly analyzes, summarizes and summarizes the current situation of the research on the issue of equity in academic circles, and provides the basis for the research of this topic. The second part mainly discusses the theoretical source of Xi Jinping's view of fairness. Starting with Marx and Engels' fair thought, the fair thought in the Chinese traditional culture, the western fair thought, Mao Zedong's fair thought and the fair thought of the Chinese Communist Party leaders since the reform and opening up, Combing out the theoretical source of Xi Jinping's view of fairness. The third part expounds the main content of Xi Jinping's fair view. It establishes the value scale of contemporary Chinese social equity, stipulates the main contents of social equity guarantee system, implements the "four comprehensive" strategic layout, and points out the basic ways to realize social equity. The fourth part summarizes the theoretical significance and practical value of Xi Jinping's fair view. Theoretical significance: Xi Jinping's fair view not only inherits and develops Marxist fair thought, but also enriches and deepens the Chinese Communist Party's fair view. Practical value: Xi Jinping's view of fairness is conducive to improving people's livelihood and maintaining social stability; is conducive to anticorrosion, rejection of change, consolidation of the party's ruling foundation, and cohesion of the people's mind and the realization of "Chinese Dream".
