成都市基层公务员职业幸福感及其影响因素研究
[Abstract]:The grass-roots civil servants in China are at the bottom of the civil servants group and play a fundamental role in the whole civil service. They are the direct executors of public policies and the direct agents of public power. The quality of their work is directly related to the effect of public policy implementation and the vital interests of the people. Their professional well-being has a direct impact on their attitude to work and the quality of their work outcomes. In recent years, research has shown that the occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants in China is on the low side, which not only reduces their own quality of work and life, but also reduces the efficiency and quality of their work services. Detract from the image of the public sector in people's minds. At present, most of the domestic empirical studies on civil servants' occupational well-being are focused on the investigation of the current situation of civil servants' occupational well-being and the research of structural dimensions, and the empirical studies on its influencing factors are very few. Therefore, this study starts from the reasons of the grass-roots civil servants' occupational well-being, and probes into its influence on the occupational well-being from the aspects of professional identity and organizational support inside and outside. It enriches and develops the related theories of occupational well-being and the research contents of the quality of work and life, and also provides a certain theoretical support for the reform and perfection of human resources management in the public sector of our country, which has certain practical guiding significance. On the basis of reading a large amount of literature and interviews with grass-roots civil servants, the author sets up a theoretical model of Chengdu grass-roots civil servants' occupational well-being and its influencing factors, taking Chengdu grass-roots civil servants as the research object. At first, some civil servants were selected for pre-investigation and reliability and validity test of the scale, and then, the formal questionnaire was issued and recovered. The difference of occupational well-being of grass-roots civil servants in Chengdu on demographic variables was analyzed by SPSS19.0. This paper discusses and validates the influence of grass-roots civil servants' professional identity and organizational support on occupational well-being in Chengdu. The results show that: (1) gender, academic background, administrative level, position category, and years of civil servants' work have an impact on the well-being of civil servants at the grass-roots level in Chengdu, but age, marital status, and so on. The political outlook does not have a significant impact on the professional well-being of grass-roots civil servants in Chengdu. (2) all dimensions of occupational identity have a positive impact on the positive emotion of occupational well-being; Professional role identity has a negative impact on the negative emotion of occupational well-being; occupational value identity has a positive impact on negative emotion; leadership support and material support of organizational support have a positive impact on positive emotion; Leadership support has a negative impact on negative emotions.
