【摘要】：全球化背景下,社会转型加速使得思想文化多元、多样、多变,各种价值选择交融凸显了文化在综合国力竞争中的重要作用。当代大学生中华民族精神培育不仅仅是高等教育的迫切任务,也一直都是党和国家的工作重点。本文以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义为基础,借鉴了系统论、合力论、思想政治教育理论等,以问卷调查的数据分析和个体访谈为研究的立足点和基础,全面梳理了当代大学生中华民族精神培育的脉络,最终提出适用策略。文章分为七个部分:第一部分为绪论,主要是从研究背景和研究意义着手,仔细梳理了国内外目前就这个课题的研究状况,最后陈述本文的研究思路和研究方法,这是本文选题研究的基础。第二部分是当代大学生中华民族精神培育的理论基础和意义。首先,对中华民族精神的基本概念做了详细表述。其次,深刻剖析了当代大学生中华民族精神培育的理论基础。马克思主义经典作家关于民族精神的理论、中国优秀传统文化中关于民族精神的论述、党的历代领导集体关于民族精神培育的思想以及思想政治教育学中关于民族精神的思想,这是本文的基础理论支撑部分。最后针对当代大学生中华民族精神培育工作的价值意义从大学生个体、高等教育以及国家整体三个维度进行论述,指出当代大学生中华民族精神培育是大学生个人实现成长成才的基础,是实现高等教育立德树人目标的保证,是社会主义核心价值观文化建设的核心,是实现伟大复兴中国梦的精神支柱。这一章是本文研究的立足点。第三部分是当代大学生中华民族精神培育的历史沿革和历史经验,这一部分是实证研究,第一节全面深刻剖析我国针对当代大学生中华民族精神培育所历经的不同历史阶段及具体举措。第二节则系统总结了我国当代大学生中华民族精神培育取得的历史经验。这是本文研究的历史依据。第四部分是国外高校大学生民族精神培育的借鉴及启示。第一节通过分析典型国家的大学生民族精神培育的经验,全方位扩展了研究视野。第二节则系统总结了国外大学生民族精神培育的特点及存在的问题。第三节则深入阐释了国外大学生民族精神培育对于我国当代大学生中华民族精神培育工作的启示,从提高文化自觉、推进信仰教育、塑造公民意识以推动公民社会建设的角度来进行拓展培育,这是本文研究的扩展。第五部分是当代大学生中华民族精神培育的目标、原则和内容。首先从目标角度明确范围,强调在方向定位上以马克思主义理论体系为方向指引;在价值定位上以个体发展为基础的国家认同;在内容定位上促进中华民族精神与时代创新精神相结合;在路径定位上促进教育科学研究的理论生产和成果转化。其次强调了在实践工作中要坚守工作原则,理论与实践、继承与创新、整体与层次、历史与实效、教育与自教自律以及民族与世界相结合的原则。最后明确了从内容的维度坚持六个向量来全面推进大学生中华民族精神培育工作,即以爱国主义精神为内核、以中华民族优秀传统文化为脉络、以改革创新为突破点、以社会主义核心价值体系为标的、以法治现代化建设为基础和以科学理性思想为方法论来传承中华民族精神,这是本文研究的核心。第六部分是当代大学生中华民族精神培育的现状考察。第一节主要是总结了当代大学生中华民族精神培育取得的成绩。第二节和第三节通过对调查问卷的数据分析和大学生的个体座谈,深入研究培育工作存在的问题及原因,这是本文研究的现实依据。第七部分是当代大学生中华民族精神培育的对策,这是本文研究的逻辑归宿。分别从思想意识、内容载体、队伍建设和社会合力几个方面提出了切实可行的举措。首先强调要夯实思想意识堡垒,坚定马克思主义思想的指导地位,强化爱国主义为核心的理想信念,加强社会主义核心价值观的学习,重视民族历史和传统文化的教育,突出大学生公民人格的培养塑造。其次创新培育方法与载体,深化课堂教育内容,创新校园传播媒介,加强学风道德建设,开展实践体验教育,深化校园文化建设,挖掘红色教育资源,创建网络教育平台。再次加强专业化的培育队伍建设,提升理论课教师的综合素养,强化辅导员的队伍建设,提高机关管理队伍的业务水平,完善培育工作的运行机制。最后整合外部环境,以国家政策为依托优化社会整体环境,以日常养成教育为着眼点推进家庭教育的影响,以先进模范人物为榜样开展感染力教育,以社会环境引导为路径形成多方教育合力。以多维度的透视分析为基础,最终实现了一个全方位的培育模式创建,全面助力当代大学生中华民族精神培育工作。
