【摘要】:近年来,旅游业的迅速发展和博物馆免费开放政策的颁布,掀起了一阵博物馆旅游热,越来越多的游客走进博物馆。游客在博物馆中得益文化知识的同时,愈加希望可以永久性的留存住博物馆美好的游历记忆。对于云南省内的博物馆而言,集合着不同民族的多种风俗习惯,相较于其它地区的博物馆也就意味着拥有着更多丰富多彩的资源。从国家的政策层面来看,2014年《国务院关于推进文化创意和设计服务与相关产业融合发展的若干意见》,提出促进经济结构调整和发展方式转变、加快实现由“中国制造”向“中国创造”转变的内在要求,强调要将文化创意和设计服务作为培育国民经济新的增长点、提升国家文化软实力和产业竞争力的重要抓手等。2016年5月文化部出台的《关于推动文化文物单位文化创意产品开发的若干意见》,意义在于扩充文化文物单位职能,带动文化资源和人们日常的生活方式相互融合。国家各项政策的支持下,各发达省(市、区)已经开始了在文化创意领域的精心布局。云南省也紧跟步伐,2017年文化厅出台《关于推动文化文物单位文化创意产品开发的实施意见》,为云南省内的博物馆文创产品的开发提供了大力支持。目前,云南省内博物馆的文创产品正在摸索前进中,本文将以文献研究法、田野调查法、归纳演绎法等深度挖掘文创产品存在的问题,如:文创产品与本博物馆文化资源的关系悬殊、云南省地区文化创意人才的缺乏、文创产品的产权意识淡薄、未形成完整的产业链等。这些问题,都将束缚博物馆文创产品的进一步发展。在当下国家大力提倡发展博物馆文创产品的背景下,要抓住机遇,善于寻找解决问题的途径,制定并遵循相应的开发原则,为云南省内博物馆文创产品的开发创造良好的条件,创造具有博物馆文化特征且受大众喜爱的文创产品,有一定的参考借鉴意义。

At present the country to vigorously promote the development of the Museum of cultural and creative products under the background, to seize the opportunity, be good at finding ways to solve problems, develop and follow the development principle of the corresponding, and create favorable conditions for development of creative products in Yunnan Province Museum and the Museum of cultural features and create a popular cultural and creative products, have certain reference significance.
